No processo de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, as estrias longitudinais na superf\u00edcie da tira laminada por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o um dos principais fatores que afetam a qualidade da superf\u00edcie da folha de alum\u00ednio acabada. Testes demonstraram que o aumento adequado da temperatura de vazamento na lamina\u00e7\u00e3o por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, da altura do n\u00edvel de l\u00edquido na caixa frontal, do tamanho da folga do rolo do bico e da estrutura de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o no interior do bico pode reduzir efetivamente as estrias longitudinais na superf\u00edcie da tira laminada por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir uma lamina\u00e7\u00e3o por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alta qualidade.<\/p>\n<p>Quando a laje \u00e9 montada, a temperatura de vazamento na laminagem por vazamento \u00e9 muito baixa, e o metal l\u00edquido flui lentamente no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/nozzle-cavity\/\">cavidade do bico<\/a> e n\u00e3o consegue passar rapidamente pela barragem de estrangulamento na cavidade bucal. Isso far\u00e1 com que o metal se solidifique na cavidade bucal e provoque a falha do canal de subida.<\/p>\n<p>Ao moldar a placa, a temperatura de vazamento \u00e9 baixa, o metal l\u00edquido apresenta baixa fluidez na cavidade do bico e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura do metal \u00e9 irregular, o que faz com que os elementos Fe, Si, Ti e outros presentes no metal fundido produzam segrega\u00e7\u00e3o superficial da composi\u00e7\u00e3o durante a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. O teor dos elementos Fe e Si na \u00e1rea de segrega\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta significativamente, enquanto o teor do elemento Ti \u00e9 significativamente reduzido. Essa segrega\u00e7\u00e3o superficial forma listras estruturais. Ela pode aparecer nas superf\u00edcies superior e inferior da tira fundida e laminada, e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o e a largura n\u00e3o s\u00e3o fixas, mas h\u00e1 regras evidentes: ou seja, uma vez que apare\u00e7a, ela se manifestar\u00e1 na mesma posi\u00e7\u00e3o sem interrup\u00e7\u00e3o e continuar\u00e1 por v\u00e1rias bobinas at\u00e9 que a boca seja removida. E, como a temperatura de vazamento \u00e9 baixa, esc\u00f3rias muito pequenas se formam facilmente na cavidade da boca durante o processo de remo\u00e7\u00e3o da esc\u00f3ria, o que altera as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o do metal. Quando o metal l\u00edquido se solidifica nesse local, tamb\u00e9m produz uma composi\u00e7\u00e3o irregular, resultando na segrega\u00e7\u00e3o dos componentes na superf\u00edcie e na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de listras estruturais. Isso ocorre porque uma esc\u00f3ria muito pequena se forma na cavidade da boca, criando um sulco na superf\u00edcie da chapa fundida e laminada rec\u00e9m-cristalizada. Ap\u00f3s a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o por lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, os metais de ambos os lados se fundem, mas n\u00e3o conseguem se soldar, formando assim listras retas. Como isso ocorre no processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o pode ser eliminado pela lamina\u00e7\u00e3o a frio e pela produ\u00e7\u00e3o de folhas, e acabar\u00e1 se refletindo como linhas escuras e listras longitudinais na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de folhas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5020\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Quando a placa \u00e9 moldada, a temperatura de vazamento \u00e9 mais elevada e a fluidez do metal aumenta, de modo que o metal passa pela barreira de restri\u00e7\u00e3o na cavidade do bico com maior facilidade; o campo de temperatura em toda a cavidade da boca fica mais uniforme, a estrutura cristalina fica uniforme e a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o superficial \u00e9 menor, e n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil que se formem pequenos res\u00edduos de esc\u00f3ria na cavidade da boca, al\u00e9m de haver poucas listras de estrutura e listras longitudinais na superf\u00edcie da chapa fundida e laminada. Ap\u00f3s a sa\u00edda da placa vertical do molde, se n\u00e3o houver listras estruturais nem listras longitudinais, em todo o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que os par\u00e2metros do processo sejam adequadamente ajustados, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 mais listras estruturais nem listras longitudinais. Em geral, n\u00e3o \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel que a temperatura de vazamento seja muito alta.
