A intera\u00e7\u00e3o na interface superficial entre as inclus\u00f5es e a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o no material fundido em alta temperatura \u00e9 muito complexa, e o processo de fluxo do material fundido no filtro \u00e9 dif\u00edcil de observar, embora tenham sido propostos bolos de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o. Teorias relevantes, como o efeito de intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica, a adsor\u00e7\u00e3o em leito profundo e a esc\u00f3ria retificadora, ainda n\u00e3o formaram, at\u00e9 o momento, um entendimento unificado. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/aluminium-liquid-filtration\/\">Filtragem de alum\u00ednio fundido<\/a> n\u00e3o se trata de um \u00fanico processo f\u00edsico de filtragem, mas, sob certas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, as part\u00edculas e os filtros passam por colis\u00e3o, intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o, deposi\u00e7\u00e3o, difus\u00e3o, flutua\u00e7\u00f5es de fluxo, rea\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas etc., resultantes de um acoplamento multifatorial baseado em um determinado mecanismo. Esses fatores incluem: par\u00e2metros do filtro (tamanho e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos poros, densidade do filtro (ppi), tamanho, forma, porosidade, tortuosidade dos canais e material do meio filtrante) e par\u00e2metros das impurezas (tamanho, quantidade, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e natureza das inclus\u00f5es), par\u00e2metros da fus\u00e3o (temperatura, tempo, vaz\u00e3o, viscosidade, densidade, volume de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, press\u00e3o de carga e tipo de liga), uso de refinador, taxa de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, tratamento a montante, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>O estudo sobre o mecanismo de filtragem investiga principalmente a influ\u00eancia de v\u00e1rios par\u00e2metros no comportamento da filtragem e reten\u00e7\u00e3o da massa fundida, sob as perspectivas da termodin\u00e2mica, da cin\u00e9tica e da mec\u00e2nica dos fluidos. O modelo de transfer\u00eancia de massa no campo de fluxo das inclus\u00f5es do meio filtrante da massa fundida prev\u00ea e otimiza o processo de filtragem propriamente dito e a efici\u00eancia da filtragem. Nesse sentido, pesquisadores de v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses realizaram pesquisas abrangentes por meio da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos e de testes industriais para diferentes m\u00e9todos de filtragem, obtendo muitos resultados positivos.<\/p>\n<p>No in\u00edcio da d\u00e9cada de 1980, foram resumidos dois tipos de mecanismos de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o: a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o em leito profundo e a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por bolo de filtro. O sistema de modelo matem\u00e1tico \u00e9 utilizado para descrever o mecanismo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o de curto prazo e a efici\u00eancia de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios par\u00e2metros de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o para part\u00edculas de TiB\u2082 na massa fundida de alum\u00ednio. \u00c9 apresentada a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre os par\u00e2metros cin\u00e9ticos \u2014 tamanho do meio filtrante, tamanho da inclus\u00e3o e vaz\u00e3o da massa fundida \u2014, al\u00e9m da verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da simula\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de experimentos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5051\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism.jpg\" alt=\"Estudo sobre o mecanismo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do mecanismo de filtragem f\u00edsica, a adsor\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica entre o filtro e as inclus\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um dos mecanismos de reten\u00e7\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie do filtro. Os canais do filtro s\u00e3o relativamente pequenos, e o metal fundido possui uma \u00e1rea de contato suficiente com a parede interna do filtro. As inclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o empurradas para perto da superf\u00edcie da parede pelo fluxo do l\u00edquido e, geralmente, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o entre as inclus\u00f5es e o metal fundido; especialmente quanto menor o tamanho das inclus\u00f5es, pior \u00e9 a molhabilidade; uma vez que as inclus\u00f5es entram em contato com a superf\u00edcie do meio filtrante, que apresenta melhor molhabilidade relativa, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil que se separem do metal fundido e sejam adsorvidas por essa superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n<p>O efeito de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um dos mecanismos f\u00edsicos da filtragem. A capacidade de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro (rede) faz com que o fluxo turbulento do metal fundido, ao passar pelo filtro (rede), assuma um estado de fluxo laminar. Depois que o metal fundido passa pelo filtro, ele precisa percorrer uma zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o mais longa para retornar ao estado turbulento, o que reduz a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria do metal fundido e a eros\u00e3o do molde, al\u00e9m de desempenhar um papel evidente na remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The study on filtration mechanism is the basis for the development and application of any kind of filtration technology.
