Trata-se de um produto consum\u00edvel e propenso a entupimentos durante a produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando entupido, o sistema precisa ser desligado para limpeza ou substitui\u00e7\u00e3o antes de retomar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o que reduz significativamente a efici\u00eancia produtiva. Por esse motivo, alguns pesquisadores realizaram estudos sobre o fen\u00f4meno do entupimento por esc\u00f3ria na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ceramic-fiber-castertip\/\">bocal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> da m\u00e1quina de lingotamento cont\u00ednuo.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o processo de lingotamento cont\u00ednuo, o alum\u00ednio fundido reage continuamente com o material do bico, formando inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria de Al\u2082O\u2083. Na fase inicial da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a superf\u00edcie da parede interna do bico \u00e9 lisa, e a vaz\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 relativamente r\u00e1pida, o que permite que os produtos da rea\u00e7\u00e3o (Al\u2082O\u2083 e sil\u00edcio elementar) sejam continuamente removidos da superf\u00edcie da parede interna. A liga formada por Al\u2082O\u2083, sil\u00edcio elementar e alum\u00ednio (parcialmente sol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio fundido quando o teor de sil\u00edcio \u00e9 baixo) entra no alum\u00ednio fundido e, ao mesmo tempo, a temperatura do alum\u00ednio fundido em contato com a parede interna do bico \u00e9 mais baixa. Esses dois fatores atuam em conjunto para causar o aumento da viscosidade do alum\u00ednio fundido e a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da vaz\u00e3o, reduzindo assim a capacidade de limpeza do alum\u00ednio fundido, o que resulta em cada vez mais inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria na parede interna do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, e a cavidade fica cada vez mais estreita.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5109\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casting-Tip-and-Nozzle-1.jpg\" alt=\"Ponta de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e bico\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casting-Tip-and-Nozzle-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casting-Tip-and-Nozzle-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, como o material da ponta de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e do bico \u00e9 poroso, a rea\u00e7\u00e3o entre o alum\u00ednio fundido e o material do bico ocorre n\u00e3o apenas na superf\u00edcie, mas tamb\u00e9m no interior. Sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o abrasiva do alum\u00ednio fundido, os produtos da rea\u00e7\u00e3o formam min\u00fasculas cavidades na superf\u00edcie do bico ao se separarem, e esses produtos ficam soltos e porosos. Isso aumenta a rugosidade da superf\u00edcie da parede interna do bico; ao mesmo tempo, o alum\u00ednio fundido tende a se acumular mais na superf\u00edcie rugosa, ficando mais propenso \u00e0 solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o.
