Na camada liquefeita, o alum\u00ednio se deposita no fundo, e a mat\u00e9ria org\u00e2nica \u2014 como a tinta aderida ao res\u00edduo de alum\u00ednio \u2014 \u00e9 decomposta em g\u00e1s, alcatr\u00e3o e carv\u00e3o s\u00f3lido a 450 \u2103 ou mais.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9-tratamento de sucata de alum\u00ednio<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, ocorre a combust\u00e3o completa por meio do dispositivo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o localizado dentro do separador. A taxa de perda por combust\u00e3o dos diversos elementos de liga deve ser determinada previamente por meio de experimentos.<br \/>\nAs especifica\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e a limpeza da superf\u00edcie da sucata de alum\u00ednio afetar\u00e3o diretamente a qualidade dos produtos reciclados e a taxa real de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do metal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5169\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pretreatment-of-Scrap-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Pr\u00e9-tratamento de sucata de alum\u00ednio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pretreatment-of-Scrap-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pretreatment-of-Scrap-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No caso de res\u00edduos de alum\u00ednio que n\u00e3o tenham sido devidamente limpos da remo\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo, at\u00e9 20% dos ingredientes efetivos entrar\u00e3o na esc\u00f3ria. Ligas de alum\u00ednio forjado recicladas. As ligas de alum\u00ednio forjadas que podem ser produzidas a partir de sucata de ligas de alum\u00ednio incluem as de 3003, 3105, 3004, 3005, 5050, etc., sendo que a liga 3105 \u00e9 a mais produzida.<br \/>\nA fim de garantir que a composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do material da liga atenda aos requisitos t\u00e9cnicos e \u00e0s exig\u00eancias do processo de usinagem sob press\u00e3o, deve-se adicionar uma parte de lingotes de alum\u00ednio prim\u00e1rio quando necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Apenas uma pequena parte da sucata de liga de alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 reciclada para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de liga de alum\u00ednio deformada, e cerca de 1\/4 \u00e9 regenerada para servir como desoxidante na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7o, sendo que a maior parte \u00e9 utilizada na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de liga de alum\u00ednio fundido reciclada.<br \/>\nApenas uma pequena parte da sucata de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 reciclada para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio forjadas. As ligas de alum\u00ednio para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o, como A380, ADC10 e outras, amplamente utilizadas nos Estados Unidos, no Jap\u00e3o e em outros pa\u00edses, s\u00e3o basicamente recicladas a partir da sucata de alum\u00ednio.<br \/>\nO principal equipamento para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio secund\u00e1rio geralmente utiliza um forno est\u00e1tico espec\u00edfico, a
