Dispositivos de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e filtragem em linha s\u00e3o instalados na calha isolante para purificar o alum\u00ednio fundido. Quando o metal fundido passa pelo sistema de calhas, ele absorve hidrog\u00eanio em graus variados ao entrar em contato com a umidade do ar. Quando o alum\u00ednio fundido entra em contato com a umidade, o hidrog\u00eanio at\u00f4mico \u00e9 absorvido pela superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e, em seguida, se difunde no metal fundido. Todo o processo de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o inclui: adsor\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, adsor\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica e difus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as caracter\u00edsticas da absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de transfer\u00eancia de metal<\/a>, foi realizado um teste comparativo entre dois canais de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o: um se destina \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de um canal aberto comum, no qual o alum\u00ednio fundido fica em contato direto com o ambiente, e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o do material fundido depende exclusivamente da pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido na superf\u00edcie. O outro \u00e9 um canal aprimorado, desenvolvido com base no canal aberto. A profundidade do canal permanece inalterada. A abertura superior do canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o foi reduzida em 4 cm, e a largura da parte inferior foi reduzida em 2 cm. Al\u00e9m disso, foi realizado um tratamento de isolamento t\u00e9rmico no canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a fundida, o material de isolamento t\u00e9rmico foi adicionado \u00e0 parte externa da embalagem. O objetivo \u00e9 reduzir a dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de calor do canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e diminuir o contato entre a massa fundida e o ar, de modo a reduzir a temperatura da massa fundida de alum\u00ednio e a capacidade de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5343\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder.jpg\" alt=\"Canaleta isolante\" width=\"400\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o aberto, o canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o aprimorado possui uma \u00e1rea transversal menor, o metal fundido flui mais rapidamente no canal e o tempo de perman\u00eancia \u00e9 mais curto. O canal de fluxo vedado isola o metal fundido da umidade do ar, impede efetivamente a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos da rea\u00e7\u00e3o entre o alum\u00ednio em alta temperatura e a umidade, reduz a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio na interface vapor-l\u00edquido do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e impede efetivamente que o metal fundido absorva hidrog\u00eanio. Ap\u00f3s o aprimoramento do canal de fluxo, o tempo de perman\u00eancia do metal fundido no canal \u00e9 reduzido, a temperatura do sistema e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio na interface g\u00e1s-l\u00edquido do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido s\u00e3o diminu\u00eddas, e o objetivo de reduzir o teor de hidrog\u00eanio no ponto de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ado.<\/p>\n<p>Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o propriamente dita, a polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria do alum\u00ednio fundido precisa ser controlada a partir da sa\u00edda do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-unit\/\">unidade de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> at\u00e9 o ponto de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Formas eficazes de controle: Primeiro, aumentar a vaz\u00e3o do metal fundido no canal de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e na caixa de filtragem. Em segundo lugar, reduzir a \u00e1rea de contato entre o alum\u00ednio fundido e o ar. Em terceiro lugar, reduzir a umidade do ar.
