{"id":5433,"date":"2020-10-09T07:59:22","date_gmt":"2020-10-09T07:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=5433"},"modified":"2021-02-23T06:08:32","modified_gmt":"2021-02-23T06:08:32","slug":"refining-agent-for-aluminum-foundry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-agent-for-aluminum-foundry\/","title":{"rendered":"Agente refinador para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ao selecionar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do agente de refino para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio, al\u00e9m de considerar as propriedades f\u00edsicas gerais do agente de refino (como ponto de fus\u00e3o, viscosidade, tens\u00e3o superficial, densidade, volatilidade etc.), tamb\u00e9m devem ser levadas em conta as caracter\u00edsticas da intera\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica entre o agente de refino e o metal e o meio gasoso. Procure garantir que ele tenha uma forte capacidade de adsorver e dissolver inclus\u00f5es, um baixo ponto de fus\u00e3o e boa separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a esc\u00f3ria e o alum\u00ednio, e que certos componentes do agente de refino alterem as propriedades do g\u00e1s do forno quando aquecidos e fundidos, formando uma atmosfera redutora espec\u00edfica, a fim de diminuir a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o agente de refino para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio desempenha principalmente uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o protetora, deve-se optar pelo cloreto. O fl\u00faor (NaF, AlF\u2083, CaF\u2082, MgF\u2082), quando utilizado como aditivo, pode melhorar significativamente as condi\u00e7\u00f5es cin\u00e9ticas de remo\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o.
