A parte da calha de transporte refere-se a todos os mecanismos desde a sa\u00edda do forno de reten\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a parte central do sistema de vazamento. Ela inclui uma calha de transporte, uma caixa de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, uma caixa de filtragem, uma calha de entrega auxiliar e um sistema de vazamento.<\/p>\n

A calha de transporte \u00e9 o canal pelo qual o alum\u00ednio fundido flui do forno est\u00e1tico at\u00e9 a caixa frontal. Para evitar a dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de calor do alum\u00ednio fundido, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que a calha possua boa reten\u00e7\u00e3o de calor. Ao garantir a dura\u00e7\u00e3o do processo, o comprimento da calha deve ser o mais curto poss\u00edvel, sendo prefer\u00edvel que seja herm\u00e9tica. Isso permite evitar que a temperatura do metal fundido caia excessivamente, al\u00e9m de impedir a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria do metal fundido. Para facilitar a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, a calha deve ser m\u00f3vel ou remov\u00edvel. A calha \u00e9 geralmente feita de um inv\u00f3lucro soldado com chapa de a\u00e7o, e uma ranhura em forma de U, feita de material de isolamento t\u00e9rmico e refrat\u00e1rio, \u00e9 instalada em seu interior. Para manter a temperatura do alum\u00ednio fundido, pode-se utilizar um fio de resist\u00eancia para isolamento t\u00e9rmico ou um dispositivo de aquecimento com haste de carboneto de sil\u00edcio na canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Correia<\/p>\n

O canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um dos equipamentos b\u00e1sicos para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio. Sua principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 conduzir o alum\u00ednio fundido do forno de mistura at\u00e9 a m\u00e1quina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Originalmente, a \u00e1rea de opera\u00e7\u00e3o utilizava canais fabricados com materiais tradicionais de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o resistentes a altas temperaturas. Durante o uso, o alum\u00ednio adere facilmente \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. O operador leva at\u00e9 30 minutos para limpar a calha, e \u00e9 f\u00e1cil causar danos ao material refrat\u00e1rio.
