Durante a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o da liga de alum\u00ednio fundida, os \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio presentes nela formam espontaneamente mol\u00e9culas de hidrog\u00eanio; essas mol\u00e9culas, juntamente com as inclus\u00f5es n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas, formam bolhas e inclus\u00f5es que servem de base para a nuclea\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo essas as principais causas dos defeitos nas pe\u00e7as fundidas de liga de alum\u00ednio. A maioria das impurezas e gases presentes no metal fundido de liga de alum\u00ednio prov\u00e9m de materiais reciclados, como al\u00e7as, canais de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, sacos de esc\u00f3ria, pe\u00e7as de sucata etc., por isso o tratamento de refino do metal fundido de liga de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 essencial. Nos \u00faltimos anos, tem-se dado cada vez mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao desenvolvimento de novos m\u00e9todos e dispositivos de tratamento de refino do metal fundido de liga de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, os m\u00e9todos de tratamento de refino da liga de alum\u00ednio fundida incluem principalmente:<\/p>\n<p>Em outros pa\u00edses, costuma-se utilizar a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo e a pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o rotativa de g\u00e1s inerte para realizar o tratamento de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o e liga da massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio, com o objetivo de refinar essa massa. Embora o resultado seja bom, o investimento em equipamentos \u00e9 elevado, e \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio utilizar massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio espec\u00edfica. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-unit\/\">equipamento de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, e como a opera\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica do processo \u00e9 mais complexa, ela n\u00e3o \u00e9 adequada para o tratamento de refino de metal fundido de liga de alum\u00ednio em grande escala.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5656\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Treatment-Methods-1.jpg\" alt=\"Aperfei\u00e7oamento dos m\u00e9todos de tratamento\" width=\"400\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Treatment-Methods-1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Treatment-Methods-1-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O m\u00e9todo utilizado internamente para refinar a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida consiste, geralmente, em primeiro derreter a liga de alum\u00ednio no equipamento de fus\u00e3o, em seguida colocar o agente refinador na camp\u00e2nula e pressionar a camp\u00e2nula com o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">agente refinador<\/a> na massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio do equipamento de fus\u00e3o. No entanto, devido \u00e0s diferen\u00e7as nos equipamentos de refinamento e nos agentes de refinamento utilizados, a qualidade da massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 insatisfat\u00f3ria. O dispositivo de refina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma camp\u00e2nula para o agente de refina\u00e7\u00e3o comum. Na refina\u00e7\u00e3o, a camp\u00e2nula desempenha apenas a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de conter o agente de refina\u00e7\u00e3o e agitar a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida, e o agente de refina\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o consegue reagir totalmente com a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida na camp\u00e2nula, resultando em uma baixa taxa de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva do agente de refina\u00e7\u00e3o.
