De acordo com as propriedades de filtragem, o m\u00e9todo de filtragem da liga de alum\u00ednio fundida pode ser dividido em filtragem superficial e filtragem profunda. De acordo com o material do filtro, pode-se distinguir entre filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por material de malha (como tecido de vidro, malha met\u00e1lica) e filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por material em bloco (como leito compactado de part\u00edculas soltas, filtro cer\u00e2mico, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/foam-ceramic-filter\/\">filtro cer\u00e2mico de espuma<\/a>) e filtra\u00e7\u00e3o em camada l\u00edquida (como a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o em camada de fluxo, el\u00e9trica <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">refinamento por fluxo<\/a>) tr\u00eas categorias.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, o m\u00e9todo de filtragem de alum\u00ednio amplamente utilizado em fundi\u00e7\u00f5es de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 o filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica. Embora o filtro de leito fixo de part\u00edculas soltas seja simples, o trabalho de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 trabalhoso e a troca da liga \u00e9 inconveniente.<\/p>\n<p>A filtra\u00e7\u00e3o superficial refere-se \u00e0 filtra\u00e7\u00e3o de impurezas s\u00f3lidas depositadas principalmente na superf\u00edcie do meio filtrante, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por bolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o. A filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por material em forma de rede pertence \u00e0 filtra\u00e7\u00e3o superficial. A filtra\u00e7\u00e3o profunda tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 chamada de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o interna. As impurezas s\u00f3lidas s\u00e3o depositadas principalmente no interior dos poros do meio filtrante. \u00c0 medida que a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7a, a se\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o dos poros diminui gradualmente, a permeabilidade diminui e a precis\u00e3o da filtra\u00e7\u00e3o melhora.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5845\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Filtering-Method-of-Aluminum-1.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9todo de filtragem do alum\u00ednio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Filtering-Method-of-Aluminum-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Filtering-Method-of-Aluminum-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A filtragem de materiais a granel \u00e9 realizada por meio de uma malha de filtro de profundidade. O mecanismo de filtragem do filtro consiste principalmente em separar mecanicamente as inclus\u00f5es n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas macrosc\u00f3picas e grossas presentes na massa fundida por meio da a\u00e7\u00e3o da malha, que s\u00f3 consegue reter as inclus\u00f5es cujo tamanho seja maior do que a malha (supondo que as inclus\u00f5es n\u00e3o possam ser deformadas). O mecanismo de filtragem do filtro de material a granel, fabricado com materiais neutros, consiste principalmente em separar mecanicamente as inclus\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas presentes na massa fundida por meio de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o, hidrodin\u00e2mica e intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o direta.<\/p>\n<p>O filtro de material a granel possui uma grande \u00e1rea superficial espec\u00edfica, e o material fundido e o meio filtrante t\u00eam tempo suficiente para entrar em contato. Quando o material fundido transporta impurezas s\u00f3lidas ao longo do canal estreito do filtro, com se\u00e7\u00f5es transversais vari\u00e1veis, isso \u00e9 causado por inclus\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas. A densidade e a velocidade do material fundido s\u00e3o diferentes, por isso \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que ocorra deposi\u00e7\u00e3o sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o da gravidade. Al\u00e9m disso, devido \u00e0 natureza n\u00e3o esf\u00e9rica das part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas e ao campo de for\u00e7a de cisalhamento irregular, as part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas se movem lateralmente, sendo assim enganchadas, presas ou adsorvidas pela parede do canal. O fen\u00f4meno acima \u00e9 intensificado pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma zona de v\u00f3rtice de baixa press\u00e3o, onde a se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal do t\u00fanel muda repentinamente. Al\u00e9m do mecanismo de filtragem mencionado acima, o filtro de material em bloco feito de material ativo tamb\u00e9m produz filtragem profunda f\u00edsica e qu\u00edmica devido ao efeito da for\u00e7a superficial e da for\u00e7a qu\u00edmica, de modo que o material fundido possa ser purificado de forma mais refinada.<\/p>\n<p>O filtro de material a granel \u00e9 capaz de reter inclus\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas muito menores do que o di\u00e2metro de seus poros. O filtro de camada l\u00edquida utiliza um fluxo l\u00edquido para lavar o metal l\u00edquido. Seu mecanismo de filtragem baseia-se na rea\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica e qu\u00edmica entre o fluxo e as inclus\u00f5es n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas, bem como na umecta\u00e7\u00e3o, adsor\u00e7\u00e3o e
