Os equipamentos para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e refino de metais n\u00e3o ferrosos incluem fornos, equipamentos de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o em linha e unidades de filtragem com espuma cer\u00e2mica. Os fornos de cadinho s\u00e3o geralmente utilizados em f\u00e1bricas de pequeno e m\u00e9dio porte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de metais n\u00e3o ferrosos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As ligas de alum\u00ednio para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o divididas em quatro categorias: alum\u00ednio-sil\u00edcio, alum\u00ednio-cobre, magn\u00e9sio em cadinho e alum\u00ednio-zinco. Entre elas, as ligas mais comuns, como as de alum\u00ednio-sil\u00edcio, geralmente s\u00e3o fundidas em fornos de cadinho ou fornos reverberat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p>A liga de alum\u00ednio possui baixo ponto de fus\u00e3o e boa fluidez, mas \u00e9 propensa \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s durante o processo de fus\u00e3o. A maior parte do g\u00e1s presente no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido \u00e9 hidrog\u00eanio (cerca de 80%), e h\u00e1 uma quantidade consider\u00e1vel de esc\u00f3rias de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, como o Al\u2082O\u2083. Al\u00e9m disso, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/grain-refinement\/\">refinamento do gr\u00e3o<\/a> (modifica\u00e7\u00e3o) tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria. Frequentemente, utilizam-se agentes de refino na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, ou ent\u00e3o os agentes de refino e os modificadores s\u00e3o utilizados separadamente.<\/p>\n<p>O agente refinador \u00e0 base de nitrato de s\u00f3dio e grafite \u00e9 o chamado \u201cn\u00e3o t\u00f3xico\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-agent\/\">agente refinador<\/a> desenvolvida na d\u00e9cada de 1970. Para alterar a microestrutura da liga de alum\u00ednio, refinar os gr\u00e3os e melhorar as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio modificar a liga de alum\u00ednio, e os modificadores de estr\u00f4ncio s\u00e3o amplamente utilizados na produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Existem dezenas de m\u00e9todos de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o para o metal fundido de liga de alum\u00ednio, que podem ser resumidos em tr\u00eas categorias: desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o por rea\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o por rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica e desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o mista. A desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o por rea\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o qu\u00edmica inclui a inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte, o tratamento a v\u00e1cuo, a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, a eletromigra\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s e o tratamento ultrass\u00f4nico. A desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o por rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica refere-se principalmente \u00e0 remo\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio das terras raras.
