O processo de parada \u00e9 o seguinte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feche o orif\u00edcio de fluxo e interrompa o fluxo.<\/li>\n<li>O carrinho de bobinas \u00e9 elevado at\u00e9 o rolo de press\u00e3o, contra a bobina laminada por fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o da velocidade do laminador.<\/li>\n<li>Quando o alum\u00ednio fundido no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> est\u00e1 prestes a secar, pare de borrifar, coloque a roupa para secar, limpe o<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/alumina-fiber-flow-box\/\"> caixa frontal<\/a>, limpar e esvaziar o tubo vertical, remover os flutuadores e interromper a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o assim que o alum\u00ednio fundido for colocado.<\/li>\n<li>Eleve ligeiramente o rolo superior para permitir que a tens\u00e3o de enrolamento retire a chapa e, ao mesmo tempo, recue o carrinho de suporte e remova o bico de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Pare a circula\u00e7\u00e3o e desligue a \u00e1gua de resfriamento.<\/li>\n<li>Corte a ponta da placa e pegue a tira.<\/li>\n<li>Limpe a superf\u00edcie do rolo, o sistema de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5918\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Casting-and-Rolling-Shutdowns.jpg\" alt=\"Paradas para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Casting-and-Rolling-Shutdowns.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Casting-and-Rolling-Shutdowns-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Acidentes relacionados a paradas nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parada causada por vazamento de alum\u00ednio, deforma\u00e7\u00e3o das bordas durante a lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, entupimento da cavidade de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, emperramento dos rolos, acionamento do disjuntor ou falha de energia durante o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/casting-and-rolling-process\/\">processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interrompa a moldagem e a lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, desligue a \u00e1gua de circula\u00e7\u00e3o, interrompa a pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o e levante o rolo superior.<\/li>\n<li>Feche a v\u00e1lvula de fluxo, seque e limpe a calha de fluxo, remova a tempo o alum\u00ednio residual da caixa frontal e retire o flutuador.<\/li>\n<li>Recue o carrinho de suporte e remova o bico de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>O rolo do carrinho enrolador sustenta a bobina laminada e corta a tira.<\/li>\n<li>Limpe a superf\u00edcie do rolo e os demais equipamentos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Normal casting and rolling shutdowns are prepared shutdowns due to production needs, due to sufficient time and good operating conditions.
