Tendo em vista as caracter\u00edsticas de composi\u00e7\u00e3o acima mencionadas, o processo de refino da massa fundida deve ser refor\u00e7ado. O processo de refino do alum\u00ednio geralmente utiliza agente de refino e inje\u00e7\u00e3o de nitrog\u00eanio; a qualidade do agente de refino e do nitrog\u00eanio deve ser garantida. A produ\u00e7\u00e3o utiliza agente de refino de alta qualidade e nitrog\u00eanio de alta pureza, e realiza dois refinos a uma temperatura de 730-750 \u00b0C. A quantidade de agente de refino utilizada na primeira etapa \u00e9 de 2,5 kg\/t-A, e o tempo de refino \u00e9 de 25 a 30 minutos; ap\u00f3s o refino, a esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 removida, adiciona-se magn\u00e9sio e acende-se o fogo. A dosagem do segundo agente de refino \u00e9 de 1,5 kg\/t, e o tempo de refino \u00e9 de 15 a 20 minutos. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do segundo processo de refino do alum\u00ednio, remove-se a esc\u00f3ria, realiza-se a amostragem e a an\u00e1lise e, ap\u00f3s a composi\u00e7\u00e3o ser aprovada, espalha-se uma camada de agente de cobertura e deixa-se repousar no forno por 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Processo de refino de alum\u00ednio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como o ponto de fus\u00e3o do agente de cobertura \u00e9 inferior ao do alum\u00ednio fundido, sua densidade \u00e9 menor do que a do metal fundido, al\u00e9m de possuir boas propriedades de umecta\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma pel\u00edcula protetora l\u00edquida cont\u00ednua \u00e9 formada na superf\u00edcie do metal fundido para isol\u00e1-lo do ar. Em geral, o oxig\u00eanio ou o vapor de \u00e1gua n\u00e3o conseguem, ou raramente conseguem, atravessar a camada de cobertura para reagir com o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido, e os \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio dissolvidos no eletr\u00f3lito podem penetrar na camada de cobertura e escapar devido ao seu pequeno raio.<\/p>\n<p>Adotar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/inert-gas-refining\/\">refinamento por adsor\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s<\/a>, o efeito de refino n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas intimamente relacionado \u00e0 pureza do nitrog\u00eanio do agente refinador, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o de refino em si. Isso porque o refino por sopro se baseia na desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o por difus\u00e3o de press\u00e3o parcial e na remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria por flota\u00e7\u00e3o. Somente a \u00e1rea em contato direto com o g\u00e1s refinado e o p\u00f3 pode apresentar o efeito de refino. Os operadores devem respeitar os procedimentos operacionais e fazer com que o refinador se mova uniformemente ao redor dos quatro cantos do forno de fus\u00e3o, ao longo do fundo do forno, de modo que todo o alum\u00ednio fundido esteja em contato total com o agente de refino e o nitrog\u00eanio, sem deixar cantos mortos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6054\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Processo de refino de alum\u00ednio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O efeito do refinamento do g\u00e1s depende mais do grau de dispers\u00e3o do g\u00e1s e do tamanho das bolhas. Quanto menor o tamanho das bolhas, melhor \u00e9 o efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso porque, quanto menores as bolhas, maior \u00e9 o n\u00famero de bolhas geradas pelo mesmo volume de g\u00e1s, maior \u00e9 a \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie; e quanto mais lenta a velocidade de subida, maior \u00e9 o tempo de contato com a massa fundida. Ao usar um refinador comum em forma de T, o di\u00e2metro das bolhas \u00e9 de cerca de 10 mm, e o efeito \u00e9 muito bom; se for utilizado um tubo de a\u00e7o de 15 mm de di\u00e2metro como refinador, o di\u00e2metro das bolhas pode chegar a mais de 300 mm, e, mesmo com o uso de mais nitrog\u00eanio, o efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o continua sendo insatisfat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Ao adotar o refinamento por adsor\u00e7\u00e3o com fluxo, o agente de refinamento entra em contato direto com o alum\u00ednio fundido, por meio de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o e difus\u00e3o, de modo a alcan\u00e7ar um bom efeito de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria. O efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o do fundente se d\u00e1 principalmente em dois aspectos: um \u00e9 que o fundente se decomp\u00f5e quimicamente e reage com o metal fundido para formar um produto gasoso que permite a difus\u00e3o e a remo\u00e7\u00e3o do hidrog\u00eanio; o outro \u00e9 que a pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido na superf\u00edcie do metal fundido \u00e9 dissolvida no alum\u00ednio fundido pelo Na\u2083AlF\u2086 presente no fundente, e o hidrog\u00eanio at\u00f4mico se difunde para o g\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica tem demonstrado que o efeito de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio e de esc\u00f3ria do m\u00e9todo de refino a g\u00e1s \u00e9 superior ao do m\u00e9todo de refino apenas com fundente. Os dados de medi\u00e7\u00e3o mostram que o teor de hidrog\u00eanio no alum\u00ednio fundido pode ser reduzido para 325 ml\/kg \u00b1 por meio do refinamento no forno, e as inclus\u00f5es de \u00f3xido s\u00e3o significativamente reduzidas; no entanto, isso ainda n\u00e3o atende \u00e0s necessidades da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o do produto, sendo necess\u00e1rio utilizar o sistema de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o em linha e o m\u00e9todo de filtragem CFF para purificar ainda mais o alum\u00ednio fundido. Ap\u00f3s o alum\u00ednio fundido ter sido refinado no forno de repouso est\u00e1tico, o agente de cobertura deve ser espalhado sobre a superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio fundido, e o alum\u00ednio fundido deve repousar por 10 a 15 minutos antes de passar para o pr\u00f3ximo processo.
