No entanto, os resultados reais muitas vezes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o ideais. Uma das principais raz\u00f5es \u00e9 que o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido passa pelo canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, o que influencia as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de escoria\u00e7\u00e3o e suc\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s durante o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. A entrada no molde deve ser feita pela sa\u00edda de \u00e1gua da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, e o comprimento do canal de vazamento n\u00e3o deve exceder 2 m. Ao lidar com a queda no canal de fluxo, n\u00e3o se adota o m\u00e9todo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva, mas sim o m\u00e9todo de sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o de dois conjuntos de canais de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de garantir, na medida do poss\u00edvel, a estabilidade do n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido e evitar que o alum\u00ednio fundido role e forme esc\u00f3ria.<\/li>\n<li>O projeto integrado de filtragem e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-system\/\">sistema de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> facilita o processo de transfer\u00eancia e reduz ao m\u00e1ximo o comprimento do canal de fluxo.<\/li>\n<li>A placa filtrante da filtragem secund\u00e1ria \u00e9 colocada diretamente sobre o cristalizador para garantir que o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido seja filtrado diretamente na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo a incid\u00eancia de polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria. Essas medidas ter\u00e3o um impacto positivo no controle de pureza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6066\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Purity-of-Aluminum-Alloy.jpg\" alt=\"Pureza da liga de alum\u00ednio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Purity-of-Aluminum-Alloy.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Purity-of-Aluminum-Alloy-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para fabricar barras de alum\u00ednio com maior pureza da liga de alum\u00ednio, h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios pontos a serem observados:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Quando houver mudan\u00e7a no tipo de liga, drene o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido do dispositivo de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o e limpe-o.<\/li>\n<li>A bandeja de corrida deve ser bem assada.<\/li>\n<li>Durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o no forno, utiliza-se um agente de cobertura para evitar a inala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>A bandeja de transporte deve ser instalada no turno anterior e totalmente cozida.<\/li>\n<li>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da placa do molde do canal utilizam material isolante refrat\u00e1rio leve, que possui boa permeabilidade ao ar, o que favorece uma secagem completa e evita a entrada de ar.<\/li>\n<li>Remova a espuma da superf\u00edcie do filtro antes de coloc\u00e1-lo no equipamento e verifique a porosidade oculta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vale ressaltar que o equipamento de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o por desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o foi colocado em opera\u00e7\u00e3o em uma f\u00e1brica de alum\u00ednio em mar\u00e7o e vem funcionando de forma est\u00e1vel, com um efeito ideal de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria. No entanto, ap\u00f3s a esta\u00e7\u00e3o chuvosa em junho, o efeito de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o foi significativamente prejudicado.
