A desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um problema importante no refinamento do alum\u00ednio fundido.<\/h2>\n

Se o g\u00e1s presente no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido n\u00e3o for removido a tempo, formar-se-\u00e3o poros durante a solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, afetando o desempenho e o processamento posterior dos produtos de alum\u00ednio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Umidade: prov\u00e9m do g\u00e1s do forno, da carga mal seca, do agente de refino, do agente de revestimento, do modificador, do revestimento do forno mal seco, do cadinho e da tinta nas ferramentas, bem como da \u00e1gua residual no cadinho, nas ferramentas e na carga. O solvente, o vapor de \u00e1gua reage com o alum\u00ednio segundo a equa\u00e7\u00e3o 2Al + 3H\u2082O \u2192 Al\u2082O\u2083 + 6H, produzindo hidrog\u00eanio, que penetra no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido no estado at\u00f4mico.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A sujeira gordurosa prov\u00e9m da carga do forno e das ferramentas com graxa. A graxa reage com o alum\u00ednio, gerando hidrog\u00eanio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Existem produtos de corros\u00e3o que cont\u00eam \u00e1gua na carga. Para reduzir a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s pelo l\u00edquido da liga de alum\u00ednio, as mat\u00e9rias-primas da liga devem ser armazenadas adequadamente para evitar a umidade. Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a e seque completamente antes do uso; o cadinho de fus\u00e3o e as ferramentas devem ser totalmente pr\u00e9-aquecidos para remover a umidade antes do uso. Para remover o g\u00e1s do l\u00edquido da liga de alum\u00ednio, todo o l\u00edquido da liga de alum\u00ednio deve ser desgaseificado e refinado antes do vazamento.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Como realizar a desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/h2>\n

Refinamento de nitrog\u00eanio<\/a> M\u00e9todo (tamb\u00e9m conhecido como m\u00e9todo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o com g\u00e1s inerte) Princ\u00edpio b\u00e1sico: O nitrog\u00eanio entra na parte inferior do alum\u00ednio fundido por meio de um determinado dispositivo de processo. Quando o nitrog\u00eanio sobe da parte inferior do alum\u00ednio fundido na forma de bolhas, h\u00e1 uma diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio na interface de contato, e a press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio na bolha \u00e9 muito baixa. Quando a press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00eanio tende a se equilibrar, o hidrog\u00eanio presente no l\u00edquido da liga entra continuamente na bolha. Quando a bolha sobe at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido, o hidrog\u00eanio escapa para a atmosfera. Enquanto as bolhas sobem, elas simultaneamente adsorvem a esc\u00f3ria oxidada e suas impurezas fixas, fazendo com que flutuem juntas at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido. O g\u00e1s inerte deve ser condensado e desumidificado antes do uso para impedir que a umidade entre no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido. Se a qualidade do refinamento for boa, os poros devem ser menos numerosos.<\/strong><\/p>\n
