{"id":6159,"date":"2020-11-03T09:17:37","date_gmt":"2020-11-03T09:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6159"},"modified":"2020-11-03T09:17:37","modified_gmt":"2020-11-03T09:17:37","slug":"hot-top-casting-process","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/hot-top-casting-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ao realizar a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com um novo tipo de equipamento de processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente, o metal fundido em alta temperatura na placa de desvio flui diretamente para o centro da cavidade l\u00edquida do lingote, formando assim uma cavidade l\u00edquida profunda e acentuada. H\u00e1 uma grande tens\u00e3o de tra\u00e7\u00e3o na parte inferior da cavidade l\u00edquida, o que pode facilmente levar \u00e0 A ocorr\u00eancia de trincas. Para suprimir esse tipo de trinca central, devem ser tomadas medidas para evitar que o fluxo de metal l\u00edquido se dirija diretamente para o centro da cavidade l\u00edquida do lingote e, ao mesmo tempo, fazer com que ele flua uniformemente ao redor do lingote. Quando o metal fundido, proveniente do tubo de vaz\u00e3o para o molde, flui para a periferia do lingote, ocorrem as seguintes situa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obstaculizado pela superf\u00edcie inferior do tubo de suc\u00e7\u00e3o ou pela placa de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, o metal fundido que flui para a periferia do lingote se desloca lentamente.<\/li>\n<li>Devido \u00e0 resson\u00e2ncia do tubo de suc\u00e7\u00e3o e da placa de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, a temperatura do metal fundido que flui para a periferia do lingote \u00e9 baixa.<\/li>\n<li>Devido \u00e0 lei do \u00edndice m\u00ednimo de refra\u00e7\u00e3o, o material fundido em alta temperatura proveniente da placa de desvio flui principalmente para o centro da cavidade l\u00edquida e raramente se dirige para a borda do lingote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Portanto, quando o novo equipamento de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente \u00e9 utilizado para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 uma tend\u00eancia \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de defeitos de barreira fria ao redor do lingote.<\/p>\n<p>Ao fundir um lingote com uma rachadura no di\u00e2metro, geralmente \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio reduzir a velocidade de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar que o centro do lingote se rache. \u00c0 medida que a velocidade diminui e a vaz\u00e3o cai, fica mais f\u00e1cil promover a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de defeitos do tipo barreira fria.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6174\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Hot-Top-Casting-Process-1.jpg\" alt=\"Processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Hot-Top-Casting-Process-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Hot-Top-Casting-Process-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a escoria\u00e7\u00e3o e o refinamento, \u00e9 dif\u00edcil evitar a polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria da massa fundida quando ela flui pelo sistema de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.
