{"id":6187,"date":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6187"},"modified":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","slug":"refining-efficiency-of-granular-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-efficiency-of-granular-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"Efici\u00eancia de refino do fluxo granular"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A fim de avaliar mais detalhadamente a efici\u00eancia de refino do fluxo de refino granular, foi selecionado o mesmo forno de fus\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio, e preparou-se uma massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio 6063 a partir de alum\u00ednio eletrol\u00edtico l\u00edquido, que foi moldada em barras fundidas. A primeira massa fundida de liga de alum\u00ednio 6063 do forno foi submetida a refino por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o com <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/granular-refining-agent\/\">agente de refino granular<\/a>, e a liga de alum\u00ednio 6063 fundida no segundo forno \u00e9 submetida a refino por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o com um agente de refino tradicional \u00e0 base de p\u00f3; em seguida, as barras fundidas de liga de alum\u00ednio 6063 produzidas s\u00e3o comparadas e analisadas.<\/p>\n<p>O processo de teste comparativo das duas cargas \u00e9 o seguinte:<\/p>\n<p>1) Despeje o alum\u00ednio eletrol\u00edtico l\u00edquido puro no forno de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio e prepare a liga fundida de acordo com os requisitos de teor de Mg e Si da liga de alum\u00ednio 6063. Nesse processo, a primeira fornada utiliza um agente de refino granular combinado com N\u2082 para refino por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o; a segunda fornada utiliza um agente de refino tradicional em p\u00f3 misturado com N\u2082 para refino por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>2) O tanque de refino por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica de p\u00f3 com alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o quantitativa \u00e9 utilizado para pulverizar o agente de refino sobre a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida; os dois materiais do forno s\u00e3o divididos em dois agentes de refino para o processo, adicionando-se, a cada vez, metade da dose total de refino, e cada ciclo de refino tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6188\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Refining-Efficiency-of-Granular-Flux-1.jpg\" alt=\"Efici\u00eancia de refino do fluxo granular\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Refining-Efficiency-of-Granular-Flux-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Refining-Efficiency-of-Granular-Flux-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No teste, foram analisados seis aspectos, incluindo a quantidade de vapores emitidos pela massa fundida durante o processo de refino, a cor das cinzas da esc\u00f3ria de alum\u00ednio, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o de temperatura da massa fundida de alum\u00ednio antes e depois do refino, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do teor de metais alcalinos antes e depois do refino, o efeito da remo\u00e7\u00e3o de impurezas e a perda por queima do alum\u00ednio, entre outros. O efeito da refina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 comparado e analisado.<\/p>\n<p>A quantidade de fuma\u00e7a e esc\u00f3ria produzida durante o refinamento. A liga de alum\u00ednio fundida no primeiro forno foi refinada com um agente de refinamento granular, e n\u00e3o foi observada fuma\u00e7a evidente desde o in\u00edcio do refinamento at\u00e9 o final do refinamento e do processo de escorifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante o processo de refina\u00e7\u00e3o, o material n\u00e3o brilha nem queima, e a esc\u00f3ria rec\u00e9m-removida apresenta uma cor vermelho-escura, tornando-se cinza-escura ap\u00f3s o resfriamento, o que indica que a liga de alum\u00ednio fundida est\u00e1 menos oxidada e queimada.<\/p>\n<p>A liga de alum\u00ednio fundida no segundo forno \u00e9 refinada com um agente refinador tradicional \u00e0 base de p\u00f3. Por um lado, sempre \u00e9 gerada uma grande quantidade de fuma\u00e7a e poeira durante o processo de refino, forma\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria e resfriamento da esc\u00f3ria; por outro lado, devido \u00e0 alta temperatura, o alum\u00ednio fundido sofre uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o violenta e emite uma luz branca ofuscante, e a esc\u00f3ria de alum\u00ednio, ap\u00f3s o resfriamento, apresenta uma cor esbranqui\u00e7ada, indicando que o alum\u00ednio fundido sofreu oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e queima severas durante o processo de refino.<\/p>\n<p>A efici\u00eancia do fluxo de refino granular na remo\u00e7\u00e3o de metais alcalinos, como Na, Li e Ca, \u00e9 muito significativa, enquanto o efeito do agente de refino misto em p\u00f3 tradicional na remo\u00e7\u00e3o desses metais n\u00e3o \u00e9 evidente. O efeito de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria do fluxo de refino granular \u00e9 melhor do que o do agente de refino tradicional, e a pureza dos produtos de liga de alum\u00ednio produzidos \u00e9
