Um laborat\u00f3rio desenvolveu um modelo f\u00edsico tridimensional e um modelo de fluxo bif\u00e1sico para o mecanismo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por espuma cer\u00e2mica e realizou c\u00e1lculos de simula\u00e7\u00e3o, o que \u00e9 \u00fatil para nossa pesquisa sobre filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido. No entanto, o processo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o da espuma de alum\u00ednio por meio de espuma cer\u00e2mica \u00e9 muito complicado e tamb\u00e9m constitui um processo complexo que envolve f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica de alta temperatura e cin\u00e9tica metal\u00fargica.<\/p>\n<p>1. Por meio da filtragem inercial por peneiramento e intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o, atrito, sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e outros tipos de filtragem mec\u00e2nica, a efici\u00eancia da filtragem \u00e9 diretamente proporcional ao tamanho da malha da cer\u00e2mica espumosa. Quanto menor a malha, maior a capacidade de intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas pequenas.<\/p>\n<p>2. Com o dep\u00f3sito de part\u00edculas na massa fundida e as paredes irregulares da estrutura de suporte, a capacidade de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas heterog\u00eaneas \u00e9 aprimorada.<\/p>\n<p>3. A superf\u00edcie irregular formada pela fenda na superf\u00edcie do andaime aumenta a \u00e1rea de contato entre o fluxo de alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e a superf\u00edcie s\u00f3lida cer\u00e2mica, o que torna a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo das part\u00edculas no alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido mais desordenada, o que favorece a captura e a deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas.<\/p>\n<p>4. Devido \u00e0s microfissuras e aos poros min\u00fasculos na superf\u00edcie do esqueleto, foram pr\u00e9-depositados fluxos de fl\u00faor com forte afinidade por part\u00edculas como o Al\u2082O\u2083, o que promoveu o efeito de camada completa do bolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e uma forte for\u00e7a de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, al\u00e9m de aumentar a capacidade de captura das part\u00edculas da fase heterog\u00eanea retidas.<\/p>\n<p>5. Al\u00e9m disso, devido ao efeito do campo de temperatura no processo de fus\u00e3o e na transmiss\u00e3o da estrutura do metal fundido, deve ocorrer uma diferen\u00e7a de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o do soluto da liga no fundo do po\u00e7o. O metal fundido \u00e9 redistribu\u00eddo, integrado, redistribu\u00eddo e integrado, o que tamb\u00e9m constitui um bom processo de liga\u00e7\u00e3o.
