Nas ligas Al-Cu-Mg com teor de magn\u00e9sio inferior a 1,0%, um teor de sil\u00edcio superior a 0,5% pode melhorar a velocidade e a resist\u00eancia do envelhecimento artificial sem afetar a capacidade de envelhecimento natural. Como o sil\u00edcio e o magn\u00e9sio formam a fase Mg\u2082Si, isso favorece o efeito do envelhecimento artificial. No entanto, quando o teor de magn\u00e9sio \u00e9 aumentado para 1,5%, ap\u00f3s o tratamento de envelhecimento natural ou artificial por t\u00eampera, a resist\u00eancia e a resist\u00eancia ao calor da liga diminuem com o aumento do teor de sil\u00edcio. Portanto, o teor de sil\u00edcio deve ser o mais baixo poss\u00edvel. Al\u00e9m disso, o aumento do teor de sil\u00edcio aumentar\u00e1 a tend\u00eancia das ligas 2A12, 2A06 e outras de formar trincas na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e reduzir\u00e1 a plasticidade durante a rebitagem. Para ligas que exigem alta plasticidade, o teor de sil\u00edcio deve ser ainda menor.<\/p>\n<p>Os elementos de impureza Fe e Al formam compostos de FeAl\u2083. O Fe tamb\u00e9m pode formar compostos de granulometria grossa com Cu, Mn, Si e outros elementos. Esses compostos n\u00e3o se dissolvem na matriz e reduzem a plasticidade da liga. A liga \u00e9 propensa a rachaduras durante a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, reduzem significativamente o efeito de refor\u00e7o. Uma pequena quantidade de Fe (menos de 0,25%) tem pouco efeito sobre as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da liga, o que melhora a tend\u00eancia \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de trincas na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e na soldagem, mas reduz a velocidade de envelhecimento natural. Para se obter materiais com maior plasticidade, o teor de Fe e Si na liga deve ser o mais baixo poss\u00edvel. Uma pequena quantidade de Zn (0,1% a 0,5%) tem pouco efeito sobre as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas \u00e0 temperatura ambiente da liga de Al-Cu-Mg, mas reduz a resist\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica da liga. O teor de Zn na liga deve ser limitado a menos de 0,3%.<\/p>\n<p>Quando os elementos de impureza de Fe na liga de Al-Cu-Mn excedem 0,45%, forma-se a fase insol\u00favel Al\u2087Cu\u2082Fe, o que enfraquece as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da liga no estado de envelhecimento ap\u00f3s t\u00eampera e a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fadiga a 300 \u00b0C; por isso, o teor de Fe \u00e9 geralmente limitado a 0,3% ou menos. Uma pequena quantidade de Si (0,4%) n\u00e3o tem efeito evidente nas propriedades mec\u00e2nicas \u00e0 temperatura ambiente, mas tamb\u00e9m reduz a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fadiga a 300 \u00b0C. Quando o teor de Si excede 0,4%, ele tamb\u00e9m reduz as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. Portanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o teor de Si seja inferior a 0,3%. Uma pequena quantidade de Zn (0,3%) n\u00e3o tem efeito sobre o desempenho da liga \u00e0 temperatura ambiente, mas pode acelerar a difus\u00e3o do Cu no Al e reduzir a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fadiga da liga a 300 \u00b0C, sendo geralmente mantida abaixo de 0,1%.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6324\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Fluxos para alum\u00ednio\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A AdTech oferece <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">fluxo de refino<\/a>\u00a0para remo\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s e impurezas. O fluxo refinado da AdTech \u00e9 um p\u00f3 branco com part\u00edculas finas levemente acinzentadas. Os principais ingredientes s\u00e3o cloreto e ettringita, al\u00e9m de outros compostos. Ap\u00f3s tratamento t\u00e9rmico adequado e peneiramento, ele assume um tamanho uniforme, o que facilita sua transfer\u00eancia para a camada inferior do alum\u00ednio fundido em um tanque de refino, utilizando g\u00e1s (N\u2082 ou Ar) como ve\u00edculo. Por meio das altera\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e qu\u00edmicas do alum\u00ednio fundido, formam-se muitas pequenas bolhas, que entram em contato total com o alum\u00ednio fundido, separando assim o hidrog\u00eanio e outros gases nocivos.
