{"id":6427,"date":"2020-11-14T08:16:12","date_gmt":"2020-11-14T08:16:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6427"},"modified":"2020-11-13T09:33:33","modified_gmt":"2020-11-13T09:33:33","slug":"alkali-metals-in-aluminum-melt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/alkali-metals-in-aluminum-melt\/","title":{"rendered":"Metais alcalinos na massa fundida de alum\u00ednio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos presentes na massa fundida de alum\u00ednio prov\u00eam principalmente dos elementos de metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos presentes no processo de eletr\u00f3lise do alum\u00ednio, como Na, Li, Ca, etc., e tamb\u00e9m dos fundentes de ligas de alum\u00ednio. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/aluminum-alloy-fluxes\/\">Fluxos de liga de alum\u00ednio<\/a> s\u00e3o geralmente compostos por metais alcalinos e metais alcalino-terrosos. Os principais componentes dos cloretos e fluoretos s\u00e3o KCl, NaCl, NaF, CaF, Na\u2083AlF\u2086, Na\u2082SiF\u2086, etc. Ap\u00f3s a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de refino de alum\u00ednio, os metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos acima mencionados permanecer\u00e3o na massa fundida.<\/p>\n<p>Tomemos como exemplo o s\u00f3dio, um metal alcalino. O s\u00f3dio \u00e9 praticamente insol\u00favel no alum\u00ednio, e a solubilidade m\u00e1xima no estado s\u00f3lido \u00e9 inferior a 0,0025%. Na liga de Al-Mg, quando o teor de magn\u00e9sio excede 2%, o magn\u00e9sio retira o sil\u00edcio e separa o s\u00f3dio livre. O Na se solidifica durante o processo de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Presente nos limites dos gr\u00e3os, durante o processo de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica, devido ao seu baixo ponto de fus\u00e3o, ele retoma seu estado livre e se torna a fonte de trincas. \u00c0 medida que a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta, as trincas convergem para formar fissuras, o que \u00e9 conhecido como o fen\u00f4meno da \u201cfragilidade do s\u00f3dio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O c\u00e1lcio na liga de alum\u00ednio formar\u00e1 novas fases, CaAl\u2084 e CaAl\u2082, com o alum\u00ednio. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o dessas novas fases promove a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das fases de refor\u00e7o na liga de alum\u00ednio. Por exemplo, quando a fase CaAl\u2084 est\u00e1 presente na liga de alum\u00ednio, a fase de refor\u00e7o \u03b8 (CuAl\u2082) diminui, e a dureza da liga de alum\u00ednio ap\u00f3s o tratamento de envelhecimento em solu\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m diminui. Do ponto de vista da microestrutura, a fase CaAl\u2084 apresenta uma estrutura tetragonal centrada no corpo. Devido \u00e0 proximidade entre a constante de rede e o raio at\u00f4mico do Cu, o Cu na fase \u03b8 pode substituir o Al no CaAl\u2084 para formar uma nova fase composta, levando assim \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da fase de refor\u00e7o. Quando o teor de Ca atinge 1,2%, os \u00e1tomos de Cu substituem dois \u00e1tomos de alum\u00ednio no CaAl\u2082 para formar uma nova fase composta. O novo composto n\u00e3o se dissolve na matriz de alum\u00ednio e n\u00e3o pode sofrer fortalecimento por precipita\u00e7\u00e3o. O c\u00e1lcio na liga de alum\u00ednio reduz a dureza no estado de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e, \u00e0 medida que o teor de c\u00e1lcio aumenta, a dureza da liga de alum\u00ednio ap\u00f3s o tratamento t\u00e9rmico tamb\u00e9m diminui. Al\u00e9m disso, quando o teor do elemento impuro prejudicial Ca na massa fundida de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 elevado, a fluidez da massa fundida da liga de alum\u00ednio fica prejudicada, sendo f\u00e1cil a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de bolhas de ar, poros microsc\u00f3picos ou poros. Em casos graves, ser\u00e3o produzidos compostos de segrega\u00e7\u00e3o duros e fr\u00e1geis, o que aumentar\u00e1 significativamente a taxa de refugo das pe\u00e7as fundidas e reduzir\u00e1 o efeito de fortalecimento por tratamento t\u00e9rmico das ligas de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os relat\u00f3rios dispon\u00edveis, o m\u00e9todo que pode ser utilizado para remover metais alcalinos do alum\u00ednio fundido consiste em utilizar um forno de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\nCloro, agentes de refino que cont\u00eam cloro (como o hexacloroetano, o tetracloreto de carbono etc.) ou agentes de refino que cont\u00eam fluoreto s\u00e3o utilizados para refinar a massa fundida. No entanto, no processo de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de cloro, cloreto ou fluoreto, haver\u00e1 cloro gasoso se liberando da massa fundida de alum\u00ednio, cloro gasoso e fluoreto de hidrog\u00eanio gerados ap\u00f3s a rea\u00e7\u00e3o com metais alcalinos, al\u00e9m do g\u00e1s de hexacloroetano e do tetracloreto de carbono gasificado pelo aquecimento. A gera\u00e7\u00e3o desses gases causar\u00e1 s\u00e9rios danos ao revestimento do forno e reduzir\u00e1 sua vida \u00fatil. Em segundo lugar, isso representar\u00e1 riscos ocupacionais para os operadores de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Uma maneira ecol\u00f3gica e eficiente de remover metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos \u00e9 realizada por meio de rea\u00e7\u00e3o de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o. O princ\u00edpio b\u00e1sico consiste em aproveitar as caracter\u00edsticas da atividade qu\u00edmica dos metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos, de acordo com a ordem de atividade dos metais, e adicionar sais de outros metais com c\u00e1tions relativamente inativos. O g\u00e1s residual, as impurezas, a esc\u00f3ria e os metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos presentes na massa fundida da liga de alum\u00ednio ter\u00e3o um impacto mais prejudicial durante o
