Portanto, a limpeza da massa fundida torna-se um indicador da qualidade da mesma. Podem-se distinguir dois tipos principais de impurezas: elementos dissolvidos e part\u00edculas em suspens\u00e3o. A origem das impurezas pode ser atribu\u00edda ao metal original, \u00e0s diversas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de processamento da massa fundida e \u00e0 intera\u00e7\u00e3o do metal fundido com materiais refrat\u00e1rios e com o ambiente. Essencialmente, a qualidade da massa fundida pode ser controlada pela remo\u00e7\u00e3o de oligoelementos alcalinos, H e inclus\u00f5es. V\u00e1rias tecnologias, tais como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/online-aluminum-degassing-equipment\/\">equipamento de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o online<\/a>, fluxo para fornos e equipamentos de filtragem em leito profundo, e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ceramic-foam-filters-for-casting\/\">filtros de espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a>, pode ser utilizado para controlar o teor de impurezas.<\/p>\n<p>Basicamente, dois tipos diferentes de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam sido amplamente utilizados na ind\u00fastria: a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o em leito profundo e a filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por bolo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O filtro de leito profundo depende do percurso sinuoso pelo qual o material fundido deve fluir. A efici\u00eancia de filtragem \u00e9 inversamente proporcional ao tamanho das part\u00edculas do filtro e diretamente proporcional \u00e0 profundidade do leito filtrante. As inclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o depositadas tanto nas part\u00edculas quanto nos espa\u00e7os entre os meios filtrantes. E podem estar espalhadas em parte ou em todo o espa\u00e7o do filtro. Portanto, o filtro possui uma grande \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie para reter inclus\u00f5es e \u00e9 capaz de reter part\u00edculas cujo tamanho \u00e9 muito menor do que os poros do leito filtrante.<\/p>\n<p>O processo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o aqui n\u00e3o se resume apenas \u00e0 separa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, como a peneira\u00e7\u00e3o e a separa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 filtra\u00e7\u00e3o de material fundido, que \u00e9 um processo de transporte cont\u00ednuo em duas etapas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primeiro, devido ao fluxo de uma grande quantidade de fluido, as inclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o transportadas at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do filtro. Na segunda etapa, as inclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o retidas devido \u00e0s for\u00e7as de interface ou \u00e0s for\u00e7as superficiais.<\/li>\n<li>De modo geral, na remo\u00e7\u00e3o por flota\u00e7\u00e3o, a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas no filtro pode ser causada por impacto, intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o, sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, difus\u00e3o e efeitos hidrodin\u00e2micos. Se voc\u00ea quiser manter uma vaz\u00e3o constante, as part\u00edculas se acumular\u00e3o (ou reduzir\u00e3o a porosidade), a resist\u00eancia ao fluxo aumentar\u00e1, resultando em um aumento na queda de press\u00e3o e, por sua vez, em um aumento na velocidade intersticial. Como resultado, a resist\u00eancia exercida sobre as part\u00edculas em contato ou sobre as part\u00edculas que foram capturadas aumentar\u00e1. Como as part\u00edculas podem n\u00e3o conseguir aderir \u00e0 superf\u00edcie do filtro devido ao aumento da resist\u00eancia, mesmo que consigam entrar em contato, isso pode resultar em menor efici\u00eancia de ades\u00e3o. Da mesma forma, se a for\u00e7a de ades\u00e3o for superada, o aumento da resist\u00eancia pode fazer com que part\u00edculas capturadas anteriormente sejam liberadas. Part\u00edculas removidas de um local podem ser recapturadas a jusante do filtro ou, na pior das hip\u00f3teses, liberadas no metal l\u00edquido filtrado. Essa libera\u00e7\u00e3o pode ocorrer durante o fluxo cont\u00ednuo ou durante a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo, o que acontece quando a filtragem de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 realizada durante a parada\/rein\u00edcio da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante o rein\u00edcio, um grande n\u00famero de inclus\u00f5es pode ser liberado.
