Nos metais e ligas obtidos por fus\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos materiais utilizados, al\u00e9m dos componentes met\u00e1licos necess\u00e1rios, frequentemente est\u00e3o presentes metais e componentes n\u00e3o met\u00e1licos prejudiciais ou desnecess\u00e1rios. Como todos sabemos, as impurezas contidas no metal fundido, como enxofre, oxig\u00eanio, hidrog\u00eanio, nitrog\u00eanio etc., afetam significativamente a qualidade do produto final. \u00c9 por isso que muitas vezes se realiza o processo de refino secund\u00e1rio, que promove uma purifica\u00e7\u00e3o adicional do metal fundido retirado do forno.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 apresentado um m\u00e9todo de refino que remove at\u00e9 mesmo quantidades m\u00ednimas de componentes (elementos) met\u00e1licos e n\u00e3o met\u00e1licos nocivos e desnecess\u00e1rios por meio do refino em atmosfera inerte, acompanhado de aquecimento por eletrodo e agita\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n

Para atingir esse objetivo, a etapa de refino inclui as seguintes etapas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Encha o metal fundido a ser refinado com fluxo de refino<\/a>\u00a0para um recipiente de refino equipado com, no m\u00ednimo, um eletrodo de aquecimento e um dispositivo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte;<\/li>\n
  2. O primeiro processo de refino, no qual o metal fundido reage com o fundente por meio do aquecimento do metal fundido com um eletrodo de aquecimento, mantendo o interior do recipiente de refino sob atmosfera de g\u00e1s inerte;<\/li>\n
  3. Um segundo processo de refinamento, que inclui inclinar o recipiente de refinamento para imergir o tubo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o do dispositivo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte no metal fundido e injetar g\u00e1s inerte nele;<\/li>\n
  4. O metal fundido assim refinado \u00e9 retirado do recipiente de refino.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Para realizar esse processo de refino, utiliza-se um recipiente de refino inclin\u00e1vel, adequado para o enchimento com o metal fundido e o fluxo a ser refinado, e um n\u00famero apropriado de eletrodos \u00e9 disposto na parte superior do recipiente. O recipiente de refino \u00e9 utilizado para aquecer o metal fundido nele contido e para a inje\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s inerte. O bico de inje\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o fica imerso no metal fundido durante a carga do metal, mas \u00e9 imerso apenas quando o recipiente \u00e9 inclinado para a inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
