Um sistema de calhas bem projetado pode contribuir para o funcionamento tranquilo e eficiente da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, e a transfer\u00eancia r\u00e1pida entre as calhas \u00e9 essencial. Calhas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o limpas e com baixa turbul\u00eancia desempenham um papel importante na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de alta qualidade.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema de calhas \u00e9 muito importante para a qualidade e a efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica da metalurgia do alum\u00ednio fundido.<\/p>\n<p>O revestimento do sistema de canaleta \u00e9 feito de material refrat\u00e1rio de s\u00edlica fundida de alta qualidade e densidade m\u00e9dia, pr\u00e9-sinterizado a 800 \u00b0C antes da montagem. Possui alta resist\u00eancia ao alum\u00ednio, baixa condutividade t\u00e9rmica, baixo encolhimento e alta resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica.<\/p>\n<p>A tampa do canal de vazamento pode ser utilizada para reduzir a perda de calor em mais de 50%, e a unidade de aquecimento do canal de vazamento pode ser instalada para minimizar a temperatura do canal, reduzindo assim a temperatura de vazamento do alum\u00ednio fundido e protegendo certos elementos de liga altamente inflam\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema de calhas para alum\u00ednio fundido apresenta diversos formatos, como tanque DC, cotovelo, T e instala\u00e7\u00e3o horizontal.
