S\u00e3o fabricados por meio de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o por suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo de materiais fibrosos de alta pureza e processados por equipamentos sofisticados.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/feeder-castertip\/\">Ponta do distribuidor de ra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> \u00e9 utilizado no processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas s\u00e9ries de produtos fundidos e laminados de liga de alum\u00ednio: fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00e3 de folha de alum\u00ednio micronizada, substrato PS para impress\u00e3o e materiais de embalagem flex\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>A ponta de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e o bico s\u00e3o utilizados para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cristais e o controle do tamanho de chapas, tiras e folhas de alum\u00ednio em linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o fabricados por meio de suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo e filtragem de materiais compostos de nanofibras e processados por equipamentos CNC de alta precis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O bocal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma placa r\u00edgida de fibra cer\u00e2mica resistente a altas temperaturas, fabricada com fibra de alta pureza e aglutinante, e produzida por meio de um processo de moldagem \u00famida em ambiente a v\u00e1cuo. Baixa condutividade t\u00e9rmica, boa estabilidade em altas temperaturas, resist\u00eancia ao fluxo de ar, densidade uniforme, excelente resist\u00eancia a choques t\u00e9rmicos e \u00e0 eros\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, al\u00e9m de f\u00e1cil instala\u00e7\u00e3o. Devido \u00e0 sua forte capacidade de isolamento t\u00e9rmico, ajuda a reduzir os custos de energia e o tempo de ciclo, al\u00e9m de proteger o revestimento do forno contra choques t\u00e9rmicos. Pode ser utilizado diretamente como material refrat\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Devido a requisitos do processo, uma pequena quantidade de ligantes org\u00e2nicos ou inorg\u00e2nicos ser\u00e1 adicionada durante o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Se for adicionado um ligante org\u00e2nico, quando o usu\u00e1rio final aquec\u00ea-lo pela primeira vez, o ligante org\u00e2nico queimar\u00e1 a uma temperatura entre 285 \u00b0C e 450 \u00b0C.
