Ele \u00e9 capaz de transferir o metal de maneira suave para cima e para fora do forno, utilizando o fluxo de um v\u00f3rtice suave. Um sistema integrado de canaletas leves conduz esse metal em fluxo para uso no processo a jusante. O sistema gera cerca de 50% menos esc\u00f3ria do que as bombas de transfer\u00eancia convencionais, o que representa uma economia significativa de custos e uma melhoria na qualidade do metal.<\/p>\n<p>Os sistemas de calhas aquecidas podem reduzir a temperatura do forno, prolongar sua vida \u00fatil e diminuir os custos de energia. S\u00e3o utilizados para manter o metal \u00e0 temperatura adequada durante o transporte, e a tampa da calha aquecida permite controlar a temperatura da calha. Al\u00e9m disso, o sistema de calhas aquecidas mant\u00e9m as superf\u00edcies refrat\u00e1rias aquecidas, evitando assim o choque t\u00e9rmico nos refrat\u00e1rios. O sistema tamb\u00e9m possui a capacidade de pr\u00e9-aquecer a calha antes da introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do metal l\u00edquido, mantendo a temperatura do metal.<\/p>\n<p>Nosso sistema de transfer\u00eancia por canaletas refrat\u00e1rias permite que os fabricantes eliminem o pr\u00e9-aquecimento. As canaletas refrat\u00e1rias pr\u00e9-fabricadas apresentam resist\u00eancia ao desgaste extremamente elevada.
