O di\u00e2metro interno do tanque de armazenamento \u00e9 menor que o di\u00e2metro da cavidade do molde, e a dist\u00e2ncia entre sua sali\u00eancia e a parede interna do molde \u00e9 de 0 a 3,2 m. A massa fundida no tanque de armazenamento permanece est\u00e1vel acima da temperatura de liquidus e n\u00e3o cristaliza. Esse \u00e9 o chamado \u201cHot Top\u201d. Na parte inferior, h\u00e1 uma manga de grafite de alta pureza, que desempenha a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de moldar e dimensionar o lingote, al\u00e9m de ter um certo efeito lubrificante. Durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, o n\u00edvel da massa fundida no tanque de armazenamento fica no mesmo n\u00edvel que o da massa fundida no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As caracter\u00edsticas da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente comum s\u00e3o: a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da altura da zona efetiva de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no molde, o refor\u00e7o do efeito de resfriamento direto secund\u00e1rio por \u00e1gua, a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o do efeito indesej\u00e1vel da camada de ar gerada pelo m\u00e9todo tradicional e a melhoria significativa da qualidade da superf\u00edcie do lingote. O resfriamento prim\u00e1rio e secund\u00e1rio est\u00e3o intimamente ligados para aumentar a taxa de resfriamento, e a velocidade de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 10%-20% maior do que no m\u00e9todo tradicional. As ferramentas tradicionais, como a placa de fluxo, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ladle-shroud\/\">tubo de fluxo<\/a>, e com a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o do funil flutuante, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 queda no fluxo do metal, as inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria, os poros e outros defeitos s\u00e3o reduzidos, e a qualidade interna do lingote \u00e9 aprimorada. A parte superior do molde apresenta bom desempenho de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de calor, permite uma temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o mais baixa, a estrutura cristalina do lingote \u00e9 fina e uniforme, a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reduzida, o desempenho do lingote \u00e9 aprimorado, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 simples e a efici\u00eancia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 alta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6264\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Online-Processing-Technology-2.jpg\" alt=\"Tecnologia de processamento on-line\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Online-Processing-Technology-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Online-Processing-Technology-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com tampa quente e m\u00faltiplos moldes no mesmo n\u00edvel<\/strong> \u00e9 desenvolvido com base na tecnologia comum de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente, que \u00e9 conectada por uma placa unificada de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de fluxo e por alguns moldes de topo quente. Todo o processo de transfer\u00eancia da massa fundida ocorre no mesmo n\u00edvel, formando um grande n\u00edvel de l\u00edquido, sem qualquer queda, e \u00e9 realizado em um ambiente isolado termicamente e herm\u00e9tico. A fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u201chot top\u201d no mesmo n\u00edvel permite fundir de 16 a 120 lingotes de uma s\u00f3 vez, que s\u00e3o utilizados principalmente na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de barras de liga de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>A tecnologia de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente e m\u00faltiplos moldes no mesmo n\u00edvel tem sido amplamente utilizada em todo o mundo. O corpo do cristalizador \u00e9 feito de liga de alum\u00ednio com um anel de grafite de alta pureza embutido. O sistema de \u00f3leo lubrificante injeta \u00f3leo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob uma determinada press\u00e3o na parte traseira do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/high-purity-graphite-ring\/\">anel de grafite<\/a>, e o \u00f3leo penetra automaticamente na superf\u00edcie interna do anel de grafite, proporcionando lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica. O <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/vacuum-formed-plug\/\">tampa de isolamento t\u00e9rmico<\/a> apresenta as vantagens de bom desempenho em isolamento t\u00e9rmico, baixo coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica, alta resist\u00eancia a rachaduras, baixa densidade, alum\u00ednio antiaderente e alta precis\u00e3o de processamento. A \u00e1gua de resfriamento entra no cristalizador por meio do anel de desvio de \u00e1gua, formando orif\u00edcios de resfriamento que criam uma cortina de \u00e1gua circular uniforme.
