Grain Refinement of Aluminum Alloy is in off-white granular form. It can effectively remove slag and hydrogen in molten aluminum. It has good refining and slagging effects, and it is very environmentally friendly, smokeless and tasteless.<\/p>\n

Advantages of Grain Refinement of Aluminum Alloy<\/p>\n

The reaction is gentle in the aluminum water, will not burn violently and produce a lot of smoke, and the moisture content is low, which can create a good working environment and meet the national environmental protection and industrialization requirements.<\/p>\n

The product is granular (0.82-3.15mm), which has a larger contact area than the massive refining agent and molten aluminum. The degassing and slagging effect is better.
\nThe product can be sprayed into the molten aluminum bath by using high-purity nitrogen or argon powder spraying cans, forming countless bubbles in the aluminum liquid, and the bubbles float up and fully contact the aluminum liquid. Through physical and chemical effects, the gas in the aluminum liquid can be reversed. And the inclusions are brought to the surface of the molten aluminum to achieve the purpose of degassing and slag removal.<\/p>\n

\"Grain<\/p>\n

O agente refinador<\/a> sprayed to the bottom of the molten pool physically and chemically reacts with the slag at the bottom of the furnace, which can dissolve the alumina, separate the slag from the aluminum, and be brought to the surface of the molten aluminum by gas, thus keeping the bottom of the furnace clean. It greatly reduces the number of cleaning furnaces, improves the utilization rate of the furnace, and reduces the labor intensity.<\/p>\n

Degassing separates oxides and impurities from the melt at the same time, and the produced slag is dry and easy to separate from the metal, making it easier to remove the slag, and improving the utilization rate of the metal.<\/p>\n

Grain Refinement of Aluminum Alloy Instructions for Use
\n1. Unpack and put the refining agent into the powder spray tank (device). When the aluminum water temperature is 680-710\u2103, use high-purity argon or nitrogen as the carrier to spray the refining agent into the aluminum melt.
\n2. After spraying, remove the slag floating on the surface of the molten aluminum. According to the dry and wet conditions of the slag, the amount of flux can be adjusted. If it is too dry, the amount of flux needs to be reduced, otherwise more aluminum metal will continue to be burned.
\n3. The standard addition amount of slag remover is 0.15% of the molten aluminum, and the amount added is adjusted according to the cleanliness of the molten aluminum (the proportion of added waste, etc.).<\/p>\n

Storage conditions
\n\u25cfKeep in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent moisture; it is recommended not to put it directly on the ground.
\n\u25cfIt must be used immediately after opening the bag, and it must be sealed if it is not used up.
\n\u25cfWhen stacking products, do not stack more than 5 layers or more than 1.5 meters in height.
