O refinador de gr\u00e3os para liga de alum\u00ednio apresenta-se na forma de gr\u00e2nulos de cor esbranqui\u00e7ada. Ele \u00e9 capaz de remover com efic\u00e1cia a esc\u00f3ria e o hidrog\u00eanio do alum\u00ednio fundido. Possui bons efeitos de refinamento e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria, al\u00e9m de ser muito ecol\u00f3gico, sem fuma\u00e7a e sem sabor.<\/p>\n

Vantagens do refinamento de gr\u00e3os da liga de alum\u00ednio<\/p>\n

A rea\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 suave na \u00e1gua com alum\u00ednio; n\u00e3o ocorre combust\u00e3o violenta nem se produz muita fuma\u00e7a, e o teor de umidade \u00e9 baixo, o que permite criar um bom ambiente de trabalho e atender aos requisitos nacionais de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O produto \u00e9 granular (0,82-3,15 mm), o que lhe confere uma \u00e1rea de contato maior do que a do agente de refino em massa e do alum\u00ednio fundido. O efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 melhor.

\"Refinamento<\/p>\n

O agente refinador<\/a> O material pulverizado no fundo do banho fundido reage f\u00edsica e quimicamente com a esc\u00f3ria no fundo do forno, o que permite dissolver a alumina, separar a esc\u00f3ria do alum\u00ednio e lev\u00e1-la \u00e0 superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio fundido por meio de g\u00e1s, mantendo assim o fundo do forno limpo. Refinamento de gr\u00e3os de liga de alum\u00ednio \u2014 Instru\u00e7\u00f5es de uso
\n1. Desembale e coloque o agente refinador no tanque (dispositivo) de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3. Quando a temperatura da \u00e1gua de alum\u00ednio estiver entre 680 e 710 \u2103, utilize arg\u00f4nio ou nitrog\u00eanio de alta pureza como g\u00e1s transportador para pulverizar o agente refinador no alum\u00ednio fundido.
\n2. Ap\u00f3s a pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o, remova a esc\u00f3ria que flutua na superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio fundido. Dependendo do grau de secura ou umidade da esc\u00f3ria, a quantidade de fundente pode ser ajustada. Se estiver muito seca, \u00e9 preciso reduzir a quantidade de fundente; caso contr\u00e1rio, continuar\u00e1 a ocorrer a queima de mais alum\u00ednio met\u00e1lico.
\n3. A quantidade padr\u00e3o de adi\u00e7\u00e3o do removedor de esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 de 0,15% do alum\u00ednio fundido, e a quantidade adicionada \u00e9 ajustada de acordo com o grau de pureza do alum\u00ednio fundido (a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos adicionados, etc.).<\/p>\n
