Durante a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a placa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido \u00e9 conectada ao molde. A bucha de canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o com tampa basculante apresenta alta densidade e dureza, al\u00e9m de boa resist\u00eancia ao choque t\u00e9rmico e ao impacto. Possui alta precis\u00e3o, longa vida \u00fatil e baixo custo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da bucha para canal de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo \u201chop top\u201d:<br \/>\n3,5 pol., 3 pol., 4 pol., 4,5 pol., 5 pol., 5,5 pol., 6 pol., 7 pol., 8 pol., 9 pol., 10 pol., 12 pol., 14 pol., ou conforme a necessidade do cliente<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/hot-top-casting-parts\/\">Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente<\/a> refere-se a um tipo de moldagem em que h\u00e1 uma se\u00e7\u00e3o com bom desempenho de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de calor na parte superior do cristalizador.
