Isso porque a temperatura do metal fundido na caixa frontal \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de medir. A temperatura de vazamento pode ser 60 a 80 \u2103 superior ao ponto de fus\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio e das ligas de alum\u00ednio. Se o sistema de canais de vazamento tiver bom desempenho de isolamento t\u00e9rmico, o limite inferior de temperatura para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser adequadamente reduzido. A experi\u00eancia comprovou que a dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de calor da superf\u00edcie exposta do sistema de canaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por cerca de 40% da perda de calor de todo o sistema de canaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.
