Essa unidade apresenta alta efic\u00e1cia na desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e no refinamento, e seu sistema de aquecimento permite reduzir a perda de temperatura da pe\u00e7a fundida.<\/p>\n<p>O alum\u00ednio fundido flui para dentro da c\u00e2mara de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e permanece no revestimento refrat\u00e1rio. A c\u00e2mara possui um aquecedor para manter o alum\u00ednio fundido no estado l\u00edquido. Depois que o g\u00e1s inerte \u00e9 ejetado pelo rotor girat\u00f3rio, ele \u00e9 fragmentado em in\u00fameras pequenas bolhas pela rota\u00e7\u00e3o em alta velocidade do rotor, e essas pequenas bolhas se difundem e sobem no alum\u00ednio fundido para remover o hidrog\u00eanio. Durante o processo de ascens\u00e3o das pequenas bolhas, devido ao efeito da tens\u00e3o superficial, algumas das inclus\u00f5es s\u00e3o levadas para fora do alum\u00ednio fundido at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie, formando uma esc\u00f3ria que remove as inclus\u00f5es do alum\u00ednio fundido. Ao mesmo tempo, o efeito de agita\u00e7\u00e3o do rotor torna a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da liga no alum\u00ednio fundido mais uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>A caracter\u00edstica mais not\u00e1vel do alum\u00ednio fundido <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/degassing-system\/\">sistema de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> trata-se da estrutura composta pelo estator de grafite e pela haste\/rotor de grafite. O estator de grafite n\u00e3o gira no alum\u00ednio fundido e protege o conjunto da haste\/rotor de grafite. A haste de grafite e o rotor de grafite s\u00e3o montados juntos para agitar o alum\u00ednio fundido. O g\u00e1s inerte passa pelo espa\u00e7o entre o estator e a haste de grafite e \u00e9 injetado no alum\u00ednio fundido pelas ranhuras na borda inferior do estator e na borda superior do rotor de grafite. A for\u00e7a de cisalhamento do rotor de grafite faz com que o alum\u00ednio fundido circule para baixo, compensando assim a influ\u00eancia da flutuabilidade natural, de modo que as bolhas ejetadas do rotor e do estator sejam pulverizadas radialmente e dispersas uniformemente no alum\u00ednio fundido para alcan\u00e7ar o melhor efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e refino.<\/p>\n<p>As vantagens significativas da unidade de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo caixa s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n<p>1) Aumentar o tempo de perman\u00eancia das bolhas, melhorando assim o efeito de refinamento por desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n2) Manter a temperatura do alum\u00ednio fundido na caixa igual ou superior \u00e0 temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo assim a temperatura do forno de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n3) Reduzir a varia\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At present, the box-type degassing unit is commonly used in the market.
