A ponta de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma ferramenta de extrema import\u00e2ncia para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as fundidas de alum\u00ednio e pe\u00e7as laminadas. A qualidade da estrutura do divisor na ponta de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o afeta diretamente a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do campo de fluxo do alum\u00ednio fundido e influencia a uniformidade da cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido, afetando, assim, o tamanho dos gr\u00e3os da chapa fundida e laminada.<\/p>\n

O ponta do rod\u00edzio<\/a> O guia de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 localizado em frente aos rolos no equipamento de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de ligas de alum\u00ednio e \u00e9 utilizado para guiar a liga de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

O alum\u00ednio fundido entra no bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o pela abertura de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na extremidade traseira e, em seguida, \u00e9 expelido pela abertura de descarga na extremidade dianteira, entrando no rolo, onde \u00e9 resfriado pelo rolo e laminado, formando um lingote fundido.<\/p>\n

Geralmente, a largura do lingote fundido e laminado \u00e9 determinada pela largura de sa\u00edda do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e das pontas. A Dubai Aluminum introduziu o uso de pontas de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o para fundi\u00e7\u00f5es. A caixa de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> \u00e9 utilizado como reservat\u00f3rio para reduzir as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00edvel causadas pelo fluxo de fluido.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a grande caixa frontal \u00e9 aberta com um transbordamento para manter a \u00e1gua em um determinado n\u00edvel e garantir um campo de fluxo constante no bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Isso porque, na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com rolo duplo, depois que o alum\u00ednio fundido flui pela ponta do alimentador, ele entra diretamente em um par de cavidades internas e \u00e9 solidificado e moldado por meio de um rolo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o preenchido com \u00e1gua de resfriamento em circula\u00e7\u00e3o. O alum\u00ednio na zona de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e o rolo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o influenciam o fluxo do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido que sai do bico do molde de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A caixa traseira est\u00e1 conectada \u00e0 sa\u00edda do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.
