O rotor injeta g\u00e1s inerte ou uma mistura de cloro e g\u00e1s inerte no alum\u00ednio fundido, fragmenta o g\u00e1s em min\u00fasculas bolhas dispersas, e as bolhas sobem at\u00e9 a superf\u00edcie do alum\u00ednio fundido. Ao mesmo tempo, s\u00e3o realizadas as seguintes etapas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O H \u00e9 absorvido pelas bolhas e removido.<\/li>\n<li>O cloreto \u00e9 removido (formado pela a\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica dos metais alcalinos e do cloro).<\/li>\n<li>Remova a esc\u00f3ria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Modo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00e2mara de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o online<\/h2>\n<p>O metal fundido proveniente do forno de fus\u00e3o \u00e9 introduzido no recipiente de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o pela entrada. As ligas de alum\u00ednio fundidas apresentam, geralmente, uma temperatura na faixa de 680 a 730 \u00b0C. Quando o metal fundido \u00e9 introduzido no recipiente de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a temperatura do material fundido \u00e9 mantida dentro dessa faixa durante todo o processo de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o no recipiente. Ao mesmo tempo, o g\u00e1s inerte \u00e9 injetado a partir do cabe\u00e7ote de difus\u00e3o de g\u00e1s. Enquanto o cabe\u00e7ote de difus\u00e3o de g\u00e1s, conectado ao rotor, gira na faixa de velocidade de 500 a 1.000 rpm, o metal fundido \u00e9 desgaseificado. Ap\u00f3s o estouro da bolha, esta se difunde completamente no metal fundido contido no recipiente.
