O filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica \u00e9 fornecido na caixa do filtro de placa e pode apresentar uma superf\u00edcie perif\u00e9rica externa inclinada, adaptada para cooperar com uma borda perif\u00e9rica configurada de forma correspondente e encaixar-se nela. A superf\u00edcie perif\u00e9rica externa inclinada \u00e9 dotada de um dispositivo de veda\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e1stico; o dispositivo de veda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 resistente ao metal fundido, e o meio filtrante correspondente, incluindo o dispositivo de veda\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 fixado ao dispositivo de veda\u00e7\u00e3o para se encaixar na borda e na superf\u00edcie inclinada correspondente, respectivamente.<\/p>\n

O fluxo refrat\u00e1rio e a caixa de filtro de placas na \u00e1rea da c\u00e2mara s\u00e3o equipados com uma placa distribuidora de cer\u00e2mica fundida com m\u00faltiplos orif\u00edcios para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s de fluxo proveniente de uma fonte externa n\u00e3o mostrada, pela entrada e pela c\u00e2mara de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando o metal fundido passa pela c\u00e2mara, ele entra no metal fundido.<\/p>\n

\"Filtro<\/p>\n

Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os m\u00e9todos e equipamentos convencionais para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s de fluxo no metal fundido, o uso de filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica moldada<\/a> As placas apresentam vantagens evidentes. A fim de otimizar a efici\u00eancia do processo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, maximizar a efici\u00eancia da cin\u00e9tica da rea\u00e7\u00e3o de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o, a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s de fluxo na massa fundida deve ser otimizada para proporcionar bolhas de menor tamanho e densidade m\u00e1xima, ao mesmo tempo em que se elimina a coalesc\u00eancia das bolhas. De prefer\u00eancia, os tamanhos dos poros na faixa de 0,010\u2033 a 0,20\u2033 s\u00e3o adequados para a desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio fundido e ligas de alum\u00ednio. Mantenha dist\u00e2ncia suficiente entre as bolhas para evitar que elas se fundam. A dispers\u00e3o m\u00e1xima das bolhas \u00e9 fundamental. Ao desgaseificar alum\u00ednio fundido e suas ligas, verificou-se que, embora o espa\u00e7amento entre os poros varie de 0,25\u2033 a 5,00\u2033, o ideal \u00e9 entre 0,75\u2033 e 2,00\u2033.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
