Verifique se o sistema de guias est\u00e1 bem encaixado e coloque todos os tipos de ferramentas de placa vertical no lugar correto.<br \/>\n3. Ajuste o limite de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de grafite de acordo com a largura da placa e monte o termopar da caixa frontal.<br \/>\n4. Coloque o conjunto de m\u00e1quinas em funcionamento para verificar se o sistema de cada parte do equipamento est\u00e1 funcionando normalmente (\u00e1gua de resfriamento).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ajuste da posi\u00e7\u00e3o da ponta do lan\u00e7ador<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Levante o conjunto do bocal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o aquecido at\u00e9 a usina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o e alinhe-o na plataforma do bocal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\n2. Ajuste a posi\u00e7\u00e3o horizontal do bico para um valor adequado<br \/>\n3. Mova lentamente o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a abertura entre os rolos, ajuste as posi\u00e7\u00f5es vertical e horizontal para atingir o comprimento predeterminado da zona de
