Como reduzir a perda na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio: diminua a for\u00e7a de contato entre o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e o ar. Quanto maior for a for\u00e7a de contato entre o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e o oxig\u00eanio, mais grave ser\u00e1 a perda por oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e maior ser\u00e1 a perda na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

Como reduzir as perdas na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Reduzir o tempo de contato entre o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido e o oxig\u00eanio<\/p>\n

De acordo com os requisitos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o alum\u00ednio no forno deve ser transformado em produtos acabados o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel, e o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido n\u00e3o deve permanecer no forno por muito tempo.
\nPosicione o equipamento de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de maneira adequada e reduza ao m\u00e1ximo o comprimento do canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de diminuir o tempo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido ao ar. Ao mesmo tempo, a parte superior do canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 coberta por uma placa isolante de silicato de alum\u00ednio, que proporciona um certo efeito de isolamento t\u00e9rmico e tamb\u00e9m reduz o teor de oxig\u00eanio no canal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
