O agente de refino da AdTech utiliza uma tecnologia exclusiva para aprimorar o efeito tradicional de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o do metal fundido e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria, sendo aplicado nos processos de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas s\u00e9ries de produtos de ligas de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>Coloque os fluxos em p\u00f3 refinados no pulverizador de p\u00f3, pulverize-os no alum\u00ednio fundido atrav\u00e9s do tubo de sa\u00edda de ar, aproxime o tubo de sa\u00edda o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel do fundo do banho de fus\u00e3o, mova o tubo de ar para frente e para tr\u00e1s para que entre em contato total com o alum\u00ednio l\u00edquido refinado, a fim de preparar e fundir o alum\u00ednio e alcan\u00e7ar o refinamento.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de refinamento, o operador pode controlar livremente o fluxo do g\u00e1s de arrasto e do agente de refinamento, bem como o n\u00famero de rota\u00e7\u00f5es do alimentador de p\u00f3 por meio do bar\u00f4metro, controlando assim o grau de agita\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido e minimizando a polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/aluminum-alloy-flux\/\">fluxo de liga de alum\u00ednio\u00a0<\/a>O p\u00f3 penetra uniformemente na parte inferior do alum\u00ednio fundido por meio do forno de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3 em ebuli\u00e7\u00e3o e, por meio de rea\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas, forma min\u00fasculas bolhas, entra em contato total com o alum\u00ednio fundido, remove outros gases nocivos e adsorve \u00f3xidos e outras impurezas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benef\u00edcios dos fluxos em p\u00f3 refinado para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O fluxo para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio consiste em part\u00edculas em p\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Bom efeito de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria.
