A ponta do moldador e o bico da AdTech s\u00e3o utilizados para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cristais e o controle de dimens\u00f5es de chapas, tiras e folhas de alum\u00ednio em bruto na linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o fabricadas por suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo e filtragem de materiais compostos de nanofibras e processadas por equipamentos de alta precis\u00e3o. Coloque o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o no carrinho de suporte, verifique o alinhamento do bico e certifique-se de que a extremidade do bico esteja paralela \u00e0 linha central do rolo. Insira a placa de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o acima do leque do bico superior e, em seguida, aperte os parafusos. Ap\u00f3s a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, empurre-o entre os dois rolos e verifique se a extremidade do bico e o rolo est\u00e3o bem alinhados. Caso seja detectado algum desalinhamento, ajuste-o imediatamente.<\/p>\n<p>Ligue o laminador, fa\u00e7a o rolo girar em sentido contr\u00e1rio em alta velocidade, avance o bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o em 2 a 5 mm e retifique o bico. Retire o bico e verifique se os l\u00e1bios superior e inferior est\u00e3o sim\u00e9tricos e se apresentam uniformidade ao longo de toda a largura. Caso contr\u00e1rio, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o acima deve ser repetida at\u00e9 que se obtenha uma \u00e1rea de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o que atenda aos requisitos. Recue o carrinho, limpe a cavidade do bico e a superf\u00edcie do rolo, empurre a boca de volta \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o original e recue 2 a 3 mm para fix\u00e1-la.<\/p>\n<p>Fixa\u00e7\u00e3o da lateral <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/castertip-ear\/\">orelhas com ponta de rod\u00edzio<\/a>. Ap\u00f3s a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, inverta o movimento do rolo em baixa velocidade, insira as abas em ambos os lados do bico e empurre at\u00e9 que ele seja retificado contra o rolo. Ap\u00f3s apertar os parafusos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o laterais, interrompa o movimento reverso do rolo e mude para a rota\u00e7\u00e3o para frente. Verifique se a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 ocorrendo normalmente.
