{"id":9536,"date":"2021-07-11T07:21:33","date_gmt":"2021-07-11T07:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=9536"},"modified":"2021-07-09T07:46:46","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T07:46:46","slug":"molten-aluminum-hot-top-casting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/molten-aluminum-hot-top-casting\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o com topo quente de alum\u00ednio fundido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ap\u00f3s um determinado per\u00edodo de desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e filtragem, o alum\u00ednio fundido come\u00e7a a entrar na etapa de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o por topo quente.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta fase, a velocidade de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a a aumentar, passando da velocidade inicial para a velocidade normal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o; a temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m come\u00e7a a subir at\u00e9 atingir a temperatura normal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o; e o volume de \u00e1gua de resfriamento (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua) aumenta, passando do volume inicial (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua) para o volume normal de \u00e1gua de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 preciso observar o seguinte durante a etapa de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a quente com alum\u00ednio fundido:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Essa etapa \u00e9 a mais propensa a falhas na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e apresenta risco de explos\u00f5es, queimaduras e outros acidentes graves. De acordo com estat\u00edsticas relevantes, mais de 70% dos acidentes ocorridos na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceram nessa etapa. Portanto, deve-se dar aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a nessa etapa, e o n\u00famero de funcion\u00e1rios no local deve ser reduzido ao m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<p>(2) A velocidade inicial de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, geralmente, de 50% a 70% da velocidade normal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Normalmente, a velocidade normal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser atingida no decorrer de um comprimento de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de 200 mm.<\/p>\n<p>(3) O volume da \u00e1gua de resfriamento (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua) geralmente come\u00e7a a aumentar a partir do volume inicial da \u00e1gua (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua) quando o tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o se inicia. Quando a velocidade de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o atinge o n\u00edvel normal, o volume da \u00e1gua (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua) tamb\u00e9m atinge o volume normal da \u00e1gua de resfriamento da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o (press\u00e3o da \u00e1gua).<\/p>\n<p>(4) Preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 observa\u00e7\u00e3o nesta etapa. O molde com vazamento de alum\u00ednio deve ser vedado com um <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/ceramic-fiber-plug\/\">tamp\u00e3o de fibra cer\u00e2mica<\/a> a tempo de evitar um vazamento excessivo de alum\u00ednio, evitando assim explos\u00f5es ou outros acidentes.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Nesta fase, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 f\u00e1cil ocorrer entupimento por alum\u00ednio devido \u00e0 condensa\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio no tubo de suc\u00e7\u00e3o. Existem muitas raz\u00f5es para o entupimento por alum\u00ednio. Geralmente, isso \u00e9 causado pela baixa temperatura do alum\u00ednio fundido ou pelo tempo de enchimento e reten\u00e7\u00e3o excessivamente longo. Isso deve ser analisado especificamente na produ\u00e7\u00e3o real. O alum\u00ednio do entupimento pode se refundir e vazar durante o processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, causando uma explos\u00e3o. O alum\u00ednio do entupimento tamb\u00e9m pode fazer com que a vaz\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido seja muito baixa em determinada plataforma, o que dificulta o preenchimento com o alum\u00ednio fundido e, por fim, dificulta a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Em geral, a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser interrompida a tempo quando o vazamento de alum\u00ednio ou o excesso de alum\u00ednio atingir mais de 5 moldes, a fim de evitar riscos.<\/p>\n<p>(7) Nesta fase, o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido na plataforma de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sofrer\u00e1 grandes varia\u00e7\u00f5es. Procure evitar grandes ondula\u00e7\u00f5es no alum\u00ednio fundido. Preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 velocidade de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o do forno vertical ou ao ajuste do olho do forno manual. O n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido na plataforma deve ser ajustado rapidamente.
