Com a concorr\u00eancia cada vez mais acirrada no mercado, a efici\u00eancia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/pt\/refining-flux\/\">fluxo de refino<\/a> ser\u00e1, sem d\u00favida, bem recebido pelas empresas de processamento de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n<p>Os sais fundidos utilizados na configura\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo s\u00e3o todos sais n\u00e3o met\u00e1licos, que t\u00eam como objetivo a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o do alum\u00ednio fundido e a remo\u00e7\u00e3o da esc\u00f3ria. Para evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria secund\u00e1ria do pr\u00f3prio fundente, a quantidade de fundente deve ser minimizada, o que exige o aprimoramento da efici\u00eancia da purifica\u00e7\u00e3o por fundente; al\u00e9m disso, todos os componentes s\u00e3o facilmente separados do alum\u00ednio fundido ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o do fundente. O alvo da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria \u00e9 principalmente a esc\u00f3ria pequena e dispersa no alum\u00ednio fundido. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria e a desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o concentram-se na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria. O alvo para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de metais alcalinos e alcalino-terrosos concentra-se em Na, Li e Ca.
