O bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a \u201cparte da garganta\u201d da linha de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua e do laminador para onde o alum\u00ednio fundido \u00e9 enviado, e sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito importante. Quando ocorrem problemas de entupimento do bocal de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de alum\u00ednio, a m\u00e1quina de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e lamina\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 pode ser desligada para a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando em interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, desperd\u00edcio de m\u00e3o de obra e recursos materiais, al\u00e9m de redu\u00e7\u00e3o da efici\u00eancia produtiva.<\/p>\n

No entanto, o entupimento do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o continua sendo o principal problema enfrentado no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n

Por meio da combina\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em campo com an\u00e1lises te\u00f3ricas, s\u00e3o estudadas a causa e o mecanismo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o do entupimento do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ligas de alum\u00ednio, o que fornece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do processo e da produ\u00e7\u00e3o dessas ligas.<\/p>\n

O interior do material do bico \u00e9 composto por fibras entrela\u00e7adas com muitos orif\u00edcios. A rea\u00e7\u00e3o resulta na superf\u00edcie irregular do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e na exist\u00eancia de seus pr\u00f3prios orif\u00edcios, de modo que a superf\u00edcie do bico de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o apresenta uma \u00e1rea superficial espec\u00edfica maior e maior energia de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de possuir forte capacidade de interceptar inclus\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas na massa fundida.
