O m\u00e9todo de refino do metal fundido consiste no uso de fundentes para um refino eficaz. O processo de refino do metal converte certas impurezas ou \u00f3xidos em compostos e os separa do metal fundido por vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o, salpico ou flota\u00e7\u00e3o. Nesse caso, \u00e0 medida que o refino avan\u00e7a, o n\u00edvel de impurezas no metal fundido torna-se muito baixo. N\u00f3s fornecemos fluxo de refino<\/a>, incluindo fundentes, fundentes de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de esc\u00f3ria e fundentes granulados para refino de metal fundido.<\/p>\n

Durante a refina\u00e7\u00e3o, os componentes vaporizados se condensam parcialmente e aderem \u00e0 \u00e1rea livre da parede do forno de refina\u00e7\u00e3o na forma de esc\u00f3ria. Outras impurezas da esc\u00f3ria que n\u00e3o foram vaporizadas s\u00e3o separadas e flutuam na superf\u00edcie do metal fundido. Quando o forno \u00e9 inclinado para descarregar o metal fundido, o fluxo do metal fundido arrasta uma parte desses res\u00edduos aderentes e objetos flutuantes, que retornam \u00e0 massa fundida. Al\u00e9m disso, se o refrat\u00e1rio ou o revestimento que recebe o metal fundido n\u00e3o estiver suficientemente aquecido antes de receber o metal fundido, este pode ser contaminado pelos componentes gasosos ativos adsorvidos no revestimento. A parte do revestimento reage com o metal fundido ativado pelo refinamento ou \u00e9 corro\u00edda pelo metal fundido. O metal fundido pode ser contaminado por produtos de corros\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para evitar tais ader\u00eancias e objetos flutuantes, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio descarregar o metal fundido pela parte inferior do recipiente de refina\u00e7\u00e3o e deixar parte do metal fundido no recipiente, a fim de impedir que as impurezas flutuantes se misturem novamente.<\/p>\n

\"Filtro<\/p>\n

Depois que o metal fundido \u00e9 descarregado do recipiente, um filtro de espuma cer\u00e2mica<\/a> \u00e9 utilizado para remover inclus\u00f5es finas n\u00e3o met\u00e1licas. Como esses m\u00e9todos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o eficazes para todos os poluentes reimportados, eles devem ser combinados para atuar sobre cada uma das subst\u00e2ncias reimportadas listadas acima.<\/p>\n
