The plate filtering unit has a long life furnace. It uses new high silicon melting manufacturing technology. The plate filtering unit for casting is mainly used for the production of aluminum products with high performance.     AdTech Filter Box System<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u042d\u0442\u043e\u0442 molten aluminum filter box system<\/strong><\/a> consists of an outer steel shell assembly, a precast refractory filter bowl with inlet and outlet sections, and ceramic foam filter media. The filter box system is modular in design and can meet the most demanding filtration requirements. A flow channel is formed in the box body, and an electromagnetic heating device is wrapped around the feed pipe. The programmable logic controller can operate the preheat system, lid, and dams. The preheat system ensures that the ceramic foam filters are effectively and efficiently preheated across the entire surface and depth of the filter. The cross-sectional shape of the foam ceramic filter plate is wavy. The system also has adjustable legs, so as to ensure that the height can accurately match existing launders.<\/p>\n

    Instruction<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Correspond to the drawing structure, install the plate filter equipment in combination with the corresponding size steel casting shell.<\/li>\n
    2. Ensure that the overall filter box lining is clean, free from damage and seamless.<\/li>\n
    3. Evenly pre-heat the filter box. The preheating method includes electric baking and gas baking. Open flames are not allowed to touch the wall.<\/li>\n
    4. Place the foam ceramic filter plate on the flow channel. The feed pipe passes through the flow channel, and the discharge end of the feed pipe corresponds to the foam ceramic filter plate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
