The principle of slag accumulation is to accumulate various oxides in the smelting process by adsorption with aluminum casting flux, so as to facilitate the removal. In addition, it can isolate the oxidation of molten steel by oxygen in the air. Sometimes some slag removers have low viscosity in use, which is not conducive to the adsorption of slag. The addition of glass increases the viscosity of slag remover, which is more conducive to the adsorption of slag.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium casting flux is a kind of neutral material, which will expand or melt under high temperatures. It is also called slag remover, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/tr\/deslagging-flux\/\">C\u00fcruf Giderici Ak\u0131<\/a>. After expansion, it will form hollow pores with low specific gravity. After melting, it has certain cohesiveness, which is mainly determined by the processing technology. Slag remover is used in aluminum smelting and casting because it melts at a high temperature above 1200 and has cohesiveness. It can effectively gather and absorb scum and slag inclusion on the surface of the metal solution, and its chemical properties are stable, and it will not cause secondary pollution to the molten metal. The content of SiO2 is 71-76%, and the content of Al2O3 is 11-16%. The performance of the slag remover is mainly reflected in the reaction time and cohesiveness. A good slag remover is characterized by fast reaction time, good adhesion, and no slag dropping.
