Genellikle, elektrik ark f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131nda eritilir, ard\u0131ndan y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir kal\u0131ba d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcr ve daha sonra so\u011futulur, kristalle\u015ftirilir, tavlan\u0131r veya \u00fcr\u00fcnlere kesilir. \u00dcretim s\u00fcrecinde, y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak, kristalle\u015fmenin gereksinimleri kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 ve bir a\u011f yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla eritme ortam\u0131, eritme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve so\u011futma ko\u015fullar\u0131 kontrol edilir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6k\u00fcm s\u00fcrecindeki baz\u0131 temel parametreler:<\/p>\n<p>1. Ergitme i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda f\u0131r\u0131n s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 genellikle 1050 \u00b0C\u2019ye ayarlan\u0131r ve metal s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 770 \u00b0C\u2019yi a\u015fmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in i\u015flem s\u0131ras\u0131nda malzeme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>2. C\u00fcruf-s\u0131v\u0131 ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in elveri\u015fli olan yakla\u015f\u0131k 735 \u00b0C'de c\u00fcruf s\u0131y\u0131rma i\u015flemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirin.<\/p>\n<p>3. D\u00f6k\u00fcm i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda taneleri inceltmek i\u00e7in Ai-Ti-B telinin s\u00fcrekli olarak eklenmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>6.
