Kanal\u0131n i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7emeyecek kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck olan kal\u0131nt\u0131lar, filtrenin y\u00fczeyinde tutulur. Kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte, bunlar filtre tabakas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczeyinde birikir ve yava\u015f yava\u015f bir filtre keki olu\u015fturur; b\u00f6ylece sadece \u00e7ok ince par\u00e7ac\u0131klar ge\u00e7ebilir.<\/p>\n
