The online purification efficiency of the molten aluminum is drastically reduced, and the subsequent casting cannot be guaranteed the metallurgical quality of the billet.

Therefore, high-efficiency furnace purification is a key process in the purification of aluminum melt, and it can also create favorable conditions for subsequent online purification. Online purification is an effective supplement to furnace purification and can further purify molten aluminum. The two influence and interact with each other.
