After using ceramic foam filter plate to purify molten aluminum, great benefits from aluminum sheet, foil and its products, such as canned billet, automobile facing material, PS printing plate, etc., are also beneficial to downstream aluminum manufacturers for alloy profiles. 1. Improve extrusion efficiency

When using ceramic filter plate to purify 6063 alloy extrusion blank, we tracked and studied a specific die, and found that the extrusion speed increased by about 20%, and the productivity increased by nearly 15%.

Metal Foam Filter Agent

AdTech foam ceramic filter plate uses organic foam as a carrier. These organic foams have a three-dimensional network structure. Put the foam carrier into a special ceramic slurry with thixotropic properties. Then the technician uses a special roller extrusion process, makes the ceramic slurry uniformly coat on the carrier. After drying and curing, the final ceramic filter plate is fired at high temperatures. There are sealing linings around the ceramic filter plate. It is mainly used for the contact surface between the filter plate and the filter box, so as to prevent the leakage of liquid aluminum through the contact surface.
