Graphite Rings

AdTech is a manufacturer specializing in the production of aluminum rod graphite rings. Since 2012, the company has developed and produced hot top casting products: sleeves, adapter plates, shunt plates, hot top caps, aluminum rod graphite rings, high-purity graphite rings, shunt grooves and other products used in molten metal casting equipment. In particular, it is used in conjunction with the Wagstaff air-slip casting table for compact casting. During casting, the aluminum liquid of the distribution plate is connected to the mold crystallizer for forming.

AdTech aluminum rod graphite ring is made of high-purity graphite material and precision CMC equipment. It has high geometric accuracy, smooth casting surface, low maintenance cost, and no pollution to molten metal. It is the best choice for hot top casting and meets high production requirements. The technical needs of aluminum alloy precision casting products such as aviation, transportation, and electronic products require high value and high technical performance.

Advantages of Aluminum Rod Graphite Rings

1. The aluminum rod graphite ring has good non-lubricity, smooth glazed surface, high geometric processing precision and low maintenance cost.
2. There is no delamination and peeling phenomenon, which effectively reduces the pollution of molten aluminum, and achieves pollution-free precision aluminum casting;
3. Erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, and improved corrosion resistance to molten metal;
4. The service life is normal 800-1200 casting times, which can save energy and reduce consumption.

Graphite is chemically stable, resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Because of the above-mentioned unique and excellent properties of graphite, it has been widely used in modern industry.

Used as refractory material: Graphite and its products have the properties of high temperature resistance and high strength. In the metallurgical industry, it is mainly used to make aluminum rods, graphite rings and graphite crucibles.

As conductive material: Used in the electrical industry to make electrodes, brushes, carbon rods, carbon tubes, positive electrodes of mercury positive current devices, graphite washers, telephone parts, coatings for television picture tubes, etc.

As a wear-resistant lubricating material: Graphite is often used as a lubricant in the machinery industry. Lubricating oil can not be used under high-speed, high-temperature, and high-pressure conditions, while graphite wear-resistant materials can work at a high sliding speed at a temperature of 200~2000 ℃ without lubricating oil. Many equipment that transports corrosive media widely use graphite materials to make piston cups, seals and bearings.
