High Temp Insulation Material Ceramic fiber is an ideal filter material with high strength, good thermal shock resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. In recent years, ceramic fibers have been successfully used to develop various filters, such as candle filter, fabric filter and composite filter, which are widely used in the smoke and dust removal of thermal power plants, metal smelters and chemical plants, as well as the elimination of harmful substances in diesel engine exhaust gas.

In high industrial furnace, different materials and structures of ceramic fiber lining will produce different degrees of crystallization and sintering under the dual effects of fuel combustion products and high temperature. Among these materials, the use of aluminized ceramic fiber lining has the least change and the longest service life. In terms of lining structure, ceramic fiber blanket or module lining and composite structure lining composed of ceramic fiber blanket and module are the best.

The method of coating high coating on the surface of ceramic fiber furnace lining or setting up dense layer between ceramic fiber lining and each layer of fiber can prevent high airflow from entering into the interior of ceramic fiber furnace lining. Therefore, the heat insulation effect of furnace lining can be improved and the service life of furnace lining can be prolonged. The same effect can be achieved by sticking hard ceramic fiber board or module on the high side of ceramic fiber furnace lining. Ceramic fiber is an ideal high filtration material with high strength, good thermal shock resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Packing materials and friction materials ceramic fiber products have compression resilience and can be used as high packing materials. A kind of non-asbestos high packing material can be prepared by using aluminum silicate fiber, NBR, inorganic binder, mica, and non expansive vermiculite. A water resistant sealing material with good adhesion in water can also be prepared by using ceramic fiber, high alumina cement, synthetic rubber and water absorbing polymer. Like glass fiber and rock wool, ceramic fiber can be used to make non asbestos friction materials. This kind of friction material is characterized by stable friction coefficient, good wear resistance and low noise.

Thermal insulation coating ceramic fiber used as the grid material of high thermal insulation coating can improve the strength of the coating, reduce the shrinkage, reduce the bulk density, and increase the insulation effect. The spraying coating composed of ceramic fiber and heat-resistant binder can be sprayed by special spraying equipment. The coating can be directly sprayed on the industrial furnace wall to form furnace lining, and can also be sprayed on building steel to form a refractory coating.

Compared with other furnace linings, the spray lining has the characteristics of smooth surface, good air tightness, good heat insulation effect, not easy to peel off, can be used for furnace wall with complex shape and fast construction speed, and is an ideal lining structure.

Reinforcement ceramic fiber can improve the strength, thermal shock resistance and thermal insulation effect of refractory, and reduce the weight of refractory.
