Bubbles in the aluminum liquid rely on the gas partial pressure difference and the principle of surface adsorption to absorb hydrogen in the aluminum liquid, adsorb oxidized slag, and are taken out of the surface of the aluminum liquid as the bubbles rise, so that the aluminum liquid can be purified.
However, with the increasing demand for high-quality casting products, the current aluminum liquid purification device has also been highly valued by domestic aluminum melting and casting manufacturers, and the functions and technologies of foreign equipment are continuously improved and upgraded, but there are still process and structural problems in the end.
In order to ensure the degassing effect, the turntable at the bottom of the rotor needs to be as close as possible to the bottom of the box, otherwise it will be difficult to remove impurities from the lower layer of the molten aluminum. However, this structure means that the length of the drive shaft and the rotor are long. During the high-speed rotation of the turntable, the larger the swing amplitude and the higher the speed, the more difficult it is to ensure the stability of the turntable’s rotation, and the greater torsional wear on the drive shaft and the rotor makes it difficult to guarantee the life of the device. For the stability of the turntable, reduce the impact on the drive shaft and the rotor. Torsional wear can be solved by reducing the speed, but at the same time the degassing effect is also reduced. In addition, the lower layer of molten aluminum is always in a relatively static state, which greatly reduces the impurity removal effect.
The aluminum liquid purification device is equipped with a turntable, the bubbles are concentrated near the turntable, and there are no bubbles and dead spots. In addition, the existing turntable has a disc-shaped structure, and the air outlet is provided on the upper surface of the disc-shaped structure, so that the bubbles in the molten aluminum rise almost linearly, thereby making the degassing effect poor.

The rotary degassing purification equipment includes a box body, a box cover covered on the box body, and a rotor. One end of the rotor located inside the box body is coaxially connected with a turntable, and the rotor and the turntable are hollow and communicated. An air outlet is provided on the turntable, an end of the rotor located outside the box body is connected with an air pipe and a rotor drive mechanism for driving the rotor to rotate, and the rotor extends into the box body through the bottom of the box body.
