Al Alloy Refining Flux is used in a variety of aluminum alloy melts and can be used for pure aluminum smelting, refining and slagging. When using, just sprinkle the refining agent on the surface, then quickly dissolve it in the aluminum liquid, and then fully stir it. If a jet is used, it is best to use an inert gas to inject the refined agent, for example, nitrogen and argon can be selected.

Al Alloy Refining Flux is mainly used to remove hydrogen and scum in aluminum water, as well as high-temperature melt purification (refining) treatment of aluminum alloy. Its basic function is to remove internal inclusions and hydrogen in high-temperature melt. This makes the molten aluminum more pure and also has the effect of removing slag.

Some members of the aluminum concentrate are easily decomposed at high temperatures, and the generated gas can react with hydrogen, and can strongly adsorb the slag and quickly escape from the melt, thereby playing a role in removing the slag.

Al Alloy Refining Flux is a special refined dust collector, sprayed by carrier gas (nitrogen or argon) to the bottom of the molten pool, thereby forming a large number of bubbles in the aluminum liquid. The bubbles float upward from the bottom. The medium is in full contact with the molten metal, and the gas and inclusions in the molten aluminum are brought to the surface of the molten aluminum through physical and chemical effects, and the purpose of degassing and slag removal is achieved at the same time. After a large number of applications, the refining agent has been proved to be pure aluminum. The degassing and slagging effect of aluminum alloy is remarkable.

Aluminum refining agent has the advantages of being smokeless, odorless, dustless and easy to operate. For example, a special bell for melting treatment is better, and equipment and equipment will not be corroded. The refined preparation has a good degassing effect, and the pinhole degree can reach 1-2 under normal conditions. The slag is dry, loose, light, and it is well separated from the aluminum alloy liquid and easy to remove.

After refining, there should be a thin layer of flux floating on the surface of the molten aluminum. It means that the response is good. If there is no such flux, then the operation is poor. After the treatment, let it stand for 5 to 8 minutes. No bubbles should escape to the liquid surface, indicating that the molten aluminum has been properly treated.
